Pros:

Very cheap price for the room with private bathroom

Cons:

The bed was so very incredibly small... The swimming pool was full of spit and snot.
Resort faces a busy motorway and the noise was very intense and made it impossible to sleep even on the 9th floor.
No running hot water. Very old and noisy air conditioning system.

It was OK. It did not really amaze me. Towels were provided for 2 pax.

Cons:

It was very difficult to get a hold of the leasing manager. I had to call them several times, also attempted to call booking.com, found out that your Ph phone was not working. The unit also needs renovation.

none. It was a nightmare. From location to staff and to preperty itself. We have been con.

Cons:

Location is near airport but the traffic was horrible, it took almost an hour to reach the airport.

Staff are very rude you will feel that you are not welcome. As we investigate we found out that the properties here are owned by the individuals who are desperate to pay their mortgage so they will do anything to rent this place. While the staff are not happy to do extra job to accomodate renters.

Too many rules an regulations that was not declared on the booking site. Like you cannot accomodate a visitor, you need to fight for everything you wanted to do. They will check you everytime you came back after getting out of the building.

Facilities are not what is advertized, the room are dirty loads of cockroaches around. The bed are not comforable. We book for 10 people and they gave us 2 rooms 6 people in 2 bedroom flat and 4 in one bedroom flat. The one bedroom flat they are claiming by the way is a studio flat that they put divider in the middle to make it a room. That can only fit one large person or 2 tiny people. When I complain about this they gave me a “banig” a Philippine mat with no cushion that fit one person which no where to place as room very small. They said it is for two people if you are thin. Oh and also they advertized as a non smoking room but we found cigarette butts in the bin.

Not much.

Cons:

Check in process, attitude of front desk clark. The mattrass was old too soft..falling in. The lack of knowledge of how to treat a customer.

I am totally frustrated, as i have paid thousands for comfort, what k get was the opposite

Cons:

The unit is not properly maintained, there should be standard for a type of hotel apartment. Floor vinyl tiles are rotten,smelly, utensils are to cheap, lights are insufficient, shower hose, cooking hood lights, wardrobe hinges etc are broken. This is required serious unit upgrade/ maintenance
