Very good hospitality and cleanliness

Great location,and easy to access  Swamimalai  And Thirunageshwaram Oppilyappan Temple,  calm  surrounding,  courteous staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff in the front desk, lovely and great first  impression of Aboorva Grand. Everything about the Homestay was exceptional. It was clean and equipped with  modern amenities in kitchen and essential placess in the Home. Very comfortable room, with excellent service where we had self cooking dinner. For  breakfast they arranged from their cloud kitchen and was good and great value for money. I was very happy with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I must mention this location is most accessible to all the temples.  I recommend this place to all our pilgrims to visit and enjoy. The service provided was exceptional and amazing. I hope to plan for a longer stay next time.

Booking process, communication from the property, cleanliness, courtesy of staff, everything was great. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you're looking to do temple visits in and around Kumbakonam, especially for families. Overall a lovely homestay. It's a little away from the main town, which is great if you prefer calm surroundings. The staff was very helpful in recommending places to visit, restaurants etc and also made travel arrangements.

The accommodation is just your own home. Mr Srinivasan was overwhelmingly welcoming. Talking to him is most comforting for any new guest. You can rest assured that he shall address your needs. My challenging need for Navagraha temples was at ease through his intervention and advice. The driver (more like a diligent coordinator) was assigned to me through his selection. It was a pleasant and enlightening journey to the temples. Meals were promptly served and tasty. The wifi services were faultless and most comforting. You have an immaculate kitchen that suffices for your food preparation and needs.

Home away from Home :
We stayed at Aboorva Grand Inn, and it was an excellent experience for a few reasons. The house is too beautiful, nice and cozy. The location is in Very Very pleasent and neatly maintained Carparking and play area it is a good area for temple ways (we chose this place , as it was very near to all ancient temples too).
Mr Srinivasan himself is a very good host. Staffs are very kind and cooperative. He goes out of the way to make you feel at home and take personal attention to help you. Don't miss the food. They provided home made food with very reasonable.... Our room was big which is on the ground floor. The bathroom is so neat, and big. Overall the house is very good, well equipped with all possible gadgets. Our family spent time in the spacious living hall, they are having Tv with OTT , a music system. And ❤️ Big kitchen with well equipped ammenities, RO water filter, coffee filter, Gas stove, Mixie Grand and wet grinder, and Big Pooja Room. We all spent on the evening and a night,at rooftop, we had a very good stay. Highly recommended. The owner is absolutely helpful in arranging and planning our visit to the nearby temples. He also suggested the perfect route maps for all Navagraha temples 🛕
Especially I mentioned the rooftop to view all temples around the Homestay, they created a photograph pointing for the temples 🛕 with safety aspects particularly.....this place is a must visit when you choose kumbakonam. we felt all blessed with Aboorva Grand Inn.....

It's an excellent place to stay with family. It was the great experience we had a very peaceful and pleasant stay there . The location is very neat and clean , easily accessed to great ancient Temples Oppiliyappan, Mahalinga swamy temple , Raku stalam and Swamimalai Sooriyanar koil.This place is very neat and clean....is very well maintained....Staff was extremely friendly.Home service food excellent Yummy. Living room very big and excellent Music System. Srinivas and the team very good service for the Guest's

Felt like home

We are a family of three and everything was excellent, I can't put in words of my gratitude but my stay was exactly like my home. I saw previous reviews and one stated that "It's a Hidden Gem" but I am very happy to say that it's no longer a hidden one instead it's a wonderful one. Like everybody else , I also did some research and read many reviews on this Homestay before staying, definitely don't worry, you can't find any flaw , Everything is perfect... To be Frank, I personally witnessed their checklist, routine and arrangement before the arrival of guests... But the Staff are extremely friendly and you wouldn't have any queries at all to ask. Let me give you a Simple Example : "Whenever We go to a new place, we will search for switches to turn on the light or fan and we will try many switches, but the thing which amazed me was that they specifically pasted a small sticker of 'Light'

Same goes for every appliance..."
