Place is kool, but this unit had a lot of roaches inside
Pros:

it was near a mall, u can buy groceries, its a real big store inside. A lot of good food to eat near this place, other local foods across the highway, u can walk across

Cons:

my unit had alot of roaches 🪳 inside of the place, it would have been great if the host would have bought roach spray, He/she claims it’s been deep clean,lol deep cleans means clean & not insects. “ two different things”. I even showed him roaches through what’s app, i don’t believe he thought i was telling the truth. Besides the roaches, the place was kool for a short visit. This one didn’t have the PS game inside & we didn’t use the pool area at all. Certain days were closed for clean up, but we wasn’t there long, went to Bali after leaving here & was in Tokyo before getting there. This person did not even offer to buy stuff to kill them, didn’t offer to come spray the place, nothing at all. I’m not saying all of the units there is like this m, but this a big place that’s owns by different people.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The facilities were good and the children enjoyed the wave pool.

Cons:

The person in-charge (PIC) was very disappointing, with extremely poor people's skills and should not be in that position.
The overall staff competency and quality was poor. One of our children had a medical condition and 'nobody' employed by Azure, gave any consideration.
The staff were terribly negative in everything and did not offer to assist with anything, other than telling us to 'wait for our 'in-charge'.
The room was not cleaned when we went to the room and the PIC asked us to wait 'again' so she can clean the room and that was at 3pm. It was very strange why she was already inside the room with a male companion when we unlocked the door.
Our check-out was pre-arranged for 12pm (midday) and the PIC was not available to refund our 6,000-peso deposit. We had to wait until 12:40, before she arrived with a poor excuse. It was evident from our first interaction with the PIC, that she was not the right person for the position and the staff reflected her attitude.
