SOMEPLACE TO VISIT FOR RELAXATION!
Pros:

The room was clean and had good amenities with full kitchen and washer/dryer and we really enjoyed the actual hot springs (the time/hours to use them) and the surrounding quiet area with the mountains in the backdrop.

Cons:

The steam room was not open for the men and the sauna seemed to be locked.

Very nice
Pros:

I went for 1 night stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely quiet and clean . Had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and went in the hot tubs in the morning . Perfect 1 day get away with my friend .

Cons:

They tried to sell me time share I already have a time share .. not cool

Pros:

The staff were very kind. Food was good. Beautiful scenery.

Cons:

Walls were thin and we could hear everything from our neighboring room. We specifically asked for a type of room and what the hotel booked us wasn't at all close to what we asked for.
The Pool in the hot springs was missing tiles and didn't seem as if it was up kept.
The facility was sub par for the locker room, steam room not working, no spa offerings such as massages, facials due to code issues. Another area on the property was shut down due to code issues. Seems like this property isn't updating their facility and letting things go.
