We have been before and enjoyed how relaxing we find our visits.
Pros:

Love the hotsprings and the location.

Cons:

The air conditioner was broken most of the trip and it was unexpectedly warm while there in March, as in 70-80 degrees.

Always a pleasure in the Genoa area.
Pros:

The views are spectacular. The 1862 bar/restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The room was a bit hot at night and we couldn't find a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Also, when we slept with the window open to cool things down at night, the resident geese were quite loud all night long.
