Very nice
Pros:

I went for 1 night stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely quiet and clean . Had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and went in the hot tubs in the morning . Perfect 1 day get away with my friend .

Cons:

They tried to sell me time share I already have a time share .. not cool

Pros:

The staff were very kind. Food was good. Beautiful scenery.

Cons:

Walls were thin and we could hear everything from our neighboring room. We specifically asked for a type of room and what the hotel booked us wasn't at all close to what we asked for.
The Pool in the hot springs was missing tiles and didn't seem as if it was up kept.
The facility was sub par for the locker room, steam room not working, no spa offerings such as massages, facials due to code issues. Another area on the property was shut down due to code issues. Seems like this property isn't updating their facility and letting things go.

We were excited to go to Walley's but it was hot and the nights were almost unbearable without AC.
Cons:

AC and phone in the room did not work. We stayed for two nights and for two days we spoke to the desk staff about the AC not working and were told that "they will be up there right away" and "they think they already looked". Nothing changed and they did not send anyone up to check on the AC. They did send up a fan, but it was really hot and it just blew warm air around.

Чудове місце для спокійного відпочинку на природі, із затишною атмосферою та гарними краєвидами.
Pros:

Гарне розташування, дуже красива природа навколо. В номері чисто, затишно, спокійно. Зручне ліжко,достатньо рушників, приємна атмосфера для відпочинку. Персонал ввічливий і привітний.

Decent Stay
Pros:

Overall it’s an okay hotel, aesthetically it nice and the cabin we stayed in was nice overall, the front desk reception was also very kind and helpful. Although there are something’s i would improve about this place, for one cleaning services came a day late which wasn’t too big of an issue, but also for the first 2 days we didn’t have any hot water so we had to call to get that fixed. Also both the washer and dishwasher kept leaking, and the dryer isn’t the best. What this place is mainly known for are there so called “natural” hot springs but they really just hot tubs with the water from the hot springs nothing really natural about them. The location is also not the best, it’s about 25 minutes from tahoe and the closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away, there also isn’t much to do in the area around the actual hotel. Will say though the benefit it has is that it’s very quiet and can be peaceful so not all too bad. Overall this place was okay.
