Excellent place for a short stay while waiting for a plane
Pros:

Excellent location just outside Arrivals area for late evening arrival and morning departure. Staff very welcoming. The capsule room was just about big enough for two people and two large pieces of luggage. Very comfortable bed with good lighting and AC.
Everything very clean. Shared bathroom was very good. Nice common lounge area with free tea and coffee. Excellent wi-fi.
I wish all airports had facilities like this for transit passengers or early morning departures

Great to have an opportunity to relax in comfortable surroundings while waiting for flight at airport. Easy location and access within airport. Shower and toilet facilities an added bonus. Friendly staff. Explained everything clearly. Extra facilities like towels, robes slippers a real bonus. Free wi-fi. Free tea/coffee

Pulito e comodo ma molto rumoroso, se dovete dormirci per forza e cercate un posto silenzioso non consiglio
Pros:

Struttura pulita, anche i bagni anche se in comune.

Cons:

Troppo rumorosa la nostra capsula, infatti ci siamo chiesti come mai ci avessero fornito i tappi.

Pros:

“The cabin smelled fresh and lovely, and the room was very comfortable. The towels and robe were thoughtfully prepared, and the coffee service was excellent. Overall, everything was well prepared and made the stay very pleasant.”

Pros:

The location is great and facilities are new. It’s fairly comfortable and they have pre-warned guests that noise maybe an issue. It would have been an exceptional stay if they cleaned the bathrooms more frequently.

Cons:

They didn’t seem to clean the bathrooms frequently especially overnight. I had to go to the airport lounge, where we had access after immigration to have a shower as I’ve gone to a few toilets and it was quite dirty. At least at the airport lounge it’s cleaned after use.

Ubicación genial y descanso perfecto
Pros:

La comodidad de poder bajar del avión y en cuestión de minutos estar en la habitación. Si tienes una escala y no quieres complicarte, esta es la mejor opción sin duda. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son geniales.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado estaba muy pero que muy fuerte, incluyendo dentro de las cápsulas. A pesar de apagarlo, pasamos frío al dormir. Por lo demás, todo de maravilla. La iluminación de la habitación no funcionaba y desde la recepción nos la regularon, fue un pequeño inconveniente.
