The amenities and the staff were very accommodating
There could be some.improvements with the place. Like the stove, the ref, tv, the lock of the door as it gets jam. Flies where also everywhere.
The resort is beautiful. Landscape gardens, a beautiful pool area at one end, and at the other the beach. It's a bit isolated so if you do not have a car, you will struggle. Although you can hire a shuttle into the closest town. It was nice to have monkeys playing in the trees outside our condo in the morning. The owner was attentive to our problems and did his best to fix things. The staff at the resort are very nice, friendly and helpful.
Okay, the apartment/condo we booked had a few issues:
It was not cleaned properly before our arrival.
It was outdated.
No wifi in condo, even though there was a wifi modem? But wifi available at main office and pool area.
TV subscription stopped and had to be renewed by owner.
Kitchen sink blocked second day there. Grease trap was full.
Bathroom sink plug broken so it would not drain properly.
One hotplate would not turn off when plugged in.
Freezer door broken.
Kettle had a mind of its own.
Toilet flushers broken and had to remove top of toilet to flush it.
Aircon started to leak water like Niagra Falls.
Water is a nice brown color, so washing clothes is not an option.
