Breakfast - it was provided through some neighbours and it is mostly appam with egg curry or with peas curry. It was quite good and with decent portions too. Priscilla is the star of the place and credit goes to her for being regularly in touch with us and sharing with us the google map location, and also prompting us to inform her about the time of arrival too. We also had some lovely conversations with her and her charming smile and humourous demeanour was very helpful to unwind after a tiring day out in the sun. There are quite a few scenic spots nearby - Cocoa factory, Periyar river banks, Athirapally falls etc

Extraordinary feel at home stay. Priscilla , the guest manager is amazing. For larger or smaller groups this is a great place to stay and relax.

It was definitely home away from home where we were looked after like a family.
Especially when Priscilla made us Dinner one night because we were unable to find options to order at midnight.

The attention to detail and the various spaces at this house will suit your every vibe, weather it is calm or chilling and jamming with your friends.

From arrival to departure we had a wonderful stay. Priscilla, the guesthouse manager greeted us warmly, gave a comprehensive tour of this luxurious property, and was there to wave us goodbye.
Our family room was light, cool, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have so many areas to relax in, especially the rooftop patio surrounded by potted palms and greenery.

Really enjoyed my stay. Property is a short 15-20min drive from Cochin international airport.

I have stayed in this home stay a few days ago and I am back here again today.
Property is about 20min taxi drive from cochi international airport. Very cheap to get local taxi about 500inr.
Property is stunning, beautiful, rooms are big, clean, it’s the best home stay we had in India.
Property is in residential area but you can get a short tuk tuk drive to local shops.
Host Prescilla is amazing. Very friendly. Accommodating. She is just brilliant.
I would come back here any time.

The stay was beyond our expectations from the very first moment! Fantastic communication, wonderful and very helpful staff - Priscilla, you were amazing! Our children and we were regretting that Parudessa House was fully book for the next few days as we would love to be back. But if not this then definitely next time.

The house is amazing. It was the best stay we had in India. So much space to use. Everything is designed with love. Priscilla, the housekeeper is fantastic. She is so supportive, kind and makes you feel like you are at home.

Beautiful property, extremely well looked after, with lots of space and areas thoughtfully designed to make staying there as comfortable a possible. The manager was extremely kind, and organised a delivery of beer for us after a long day travelling.

Parudeesa is an exceptionally clean and well maintained house near Kochi airport. We’ve stayed at hotels and Airbnb houses/apartments in kerala before, but this is the best we’ve come across thus far!

It is a beautiful traditional Kerala home with modern amenities in a very quiet neighbourhood for a peaceful stay. Overall, the house, in particular the Beds, linen and bathroom are excellent quality. Likewise, interior fittings, furnitures, and kerala artefacts installed inside/outside are very impressive, some of which were new to my kids.

The property manager, Priscilla, is very courteous and speaks English well. She looked after our needs and was available to help all the time. Property owner, Jack kept in touch since booking and upon checking in to make sure that we are comfortable.

I stayed here with my family of four during a short trip to Kochi this month. Highly recommend this place and will be my choice during future visits.

Our busy schedule didn’t allow us to checkout Ayurvedic massage therapy, but will try it out next time.

This hidden gem exceeded my expectations. Despite initial reservations due to the low rating and few reviews, I made the right choice. The venue is spacious and meticulously maintained, with everything spotless and perfectly ironed. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts.

The property was quite magnificent and well appointed. There was everything you would need including a lovely sitting room, garden, washing machine and dryer. The rooms were huge. Best of all was the property manager, Priscilla who was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She provided a meal at very little notice because we had had a difficult day travel and had arrived late.
