Cons:

Management and staff are unprofessional, amateur, arogant.
Bathroom was stinky and construction work always happening inside so its annoying sound over there.
Lounge always took over by staff so there is no vacant seat for guest.
Vibe is always negative from that place i dont why. They always do back biting about guest.
They just need money after that they dont care about guest .

Untrained staff and enter to exit my experience was horrible .
Noisy pod you cant have uninterrupted sleep . Bathroom bad odors and shower is like light rains in drops, i didn't understand was for wetty or bath.
