Мы бронировали апартаменты с гостинной и спальней. Накануне приезда нам подтвердили, что все в силе, и номер, и стоимость. Но по приезду сообщили, что это была ошибка, такого номера в наличии нет. И за такие деньги можно снять только однокомнатный номер. Если нас не устраивает - отказывайтесь от брони и ищите другой вариант. Очень хорошая слышимость из коридора и соседних номеров. если не повезет с соседями, как нам, можно не спать всю ночь, слушая крики и песни из чужого номера. Очень жаль, что администрация на это никак не реагирует.
A truly enjoyable stay. The apartment is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a washing machine and microwave. The balcony with outdoor furniture and a beautiful sea view creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve stayed here before and the quality is always consistent — I will definitely return again.
The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. You can sit outside, enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine, and watch the sea right in front of you. The gentle sea breeze and the calming sound of the waves create an incredibly relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
Nothing only the location
The service is extremely poor. You have to do everything yourself, and if you ask for an iron, it never works. They don’t accept cards — cash only. The lady working there has a very bad attitude, and they don’t clean the room. The cleanliness is awful — even the floor is very dirty, and the bedding smells bad. There is absolutely nothing good about this place. I do not recommend dealing with them at all.
The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the offered quality! Dirt, unfinished work, ants in the room, leaking air conditioning, peeling walls, broken cracked mirrors, limescale everywhere in the bathroom. Mosquito attacks at night. Loud music from the street until two in the morning. There are almost no services in the hotel, no one cleans the rooms, takes out the trash, or changes the towels. Breakfast is in a box as if delivered to the room, contains one egg, two slices of tomato, two slices of cucumber, one slice of cheese and a tiny piece of toast. And a tea bag. There is no concierge service. Absolutely insufficient elevator capacity for 46 floors. You will always wait for several dozen minutes and then ride in a completely overcrowded, non-air-conditioned cabin for endless minutes. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, BE CAREFUL of the internal rules - you will pay uncompromisingly high fines for every violation of them, even the slightest. The hotel staff does not forgive anything, on the contrary, they actively look for any mistake you make. The stay can become several times more expensive.
