Everyone is nice and view is exactly what is described in be photos. The view of the ocean view is beautiful from the condo view.
There is not nothing not to like
It was a great location in the middle of shopping, great restaurants, and the beach. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Very clean and nice. I will come back again and would also recommend to family and friends.
The views were amazing! From sitting out on the balcony, relaxing on the couch, cooking in kitchen or laying in bed you can see the beaches for miles! The layout of this condo is great, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The property is also within walking distance to the pier, shop, and a lot of restaurants.
Figuring out how to get to tower 3 was a little confusing but the people there are helpful in finding your way around. The parking garage could be better organized with exit signs as well.
This condo was amazing. It has the most beautiful sunset view over the water and pier.

Excellent location and more than excellent unit! I highly recommend this unit for families. You really do not need to pack very much as the unit is equipped with a cooler, laundry basket, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, board games, binoculars, red light flashlights, and yoga mats. The unit is tastefully decorated! Did I mention the hosts are super responsive? We will definitely rent again next year!

Beautiful decor with comfortable beds and furniture. Spacious balcony with a fabulous view of the pier especially at sunset. Perfectly stocked with all of the necessities and more.
We really liked everything, but the pool and tiki bar for tower 3 wasn't open yet (February). We did utilize the hot tub and had access to tower 1/2 pool so it wasn't a big deal.
It was beautiful! They did an incredible job with all the little details. So many things I didn’t have to pack because the condo supplied it.

The condo had everything you needed in it. Just bring your clothes and drinks. The view from the balcony was exceptional for the beach and sunsets.
Parking was a little crowded but that happens at any property at the beach.
Everything was amazing Kristie and John’s condo 1007 at Tower 3. They provided the absolute best hospitality ever in the years I have been coming to PCB. Condo was perfect had everything we needed and more. We got married on 7/20/24 and she set it up for our whole wedding group to get together the day before which was a wonderful experience at the Hub. Thank you for an amazing experience!
I say the only down fall was the pool staff was not the friendliest which made you feel not so welcomed to swim there.
The property and host has thought of everything possible to make your stay a memorable one.

The property provided us everything we needed for our family beach trip. They even had an air fryer and a wagon to tote the provided chairs, umbrella, and all the beach essentials😊. The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. The little touches to detail to make their guests feel comfortable was so nice to see. We had a wonderful week in PCB!
Didn't like that we had to ride an elevator from the garage to level one or three (depending on what floor we could park on) and then walk over to our building (there was a gangway) to another elevator to take to our room. This would not keep me from staying again, but did feel like we rode the elevators quite a bit because we never got to park on one or three.
