Pros:

Большое спасибо администратору Акабиру! Он хорошо говорит по-русски и всегда подскажет и поможет, если что-то нужно!

Также нам нравится в Chinor Garden, что здесь чисто, что кровать длинная и нет никакой спинки-ограничителя у ног и что дают туалетный набор.
Матрас жёсткий, спина говорит спасибо. Интернет нормальный.

Три года назад мы уже были здесь, и тогда в негативном плане запомнилось, что был не особо вкусный завтрак. Хочется отметить, что в этот раз завтраки были вкусные! И доступны они с 7 до 11 утра, что удобно.

Cons:

Не понравился румсервис (уборка комнаты), о котором не предупредили. Заключалась уборка в том, что одежду, в которой мы спали, переложили с кровати на чемодан и на тумбу, а кровать заправили. Больше ничего не убирали. К счастью, стоило попросить не делать такой "уборки" - и больше этого не делали.

Также не понравился короткий пододеяльник - пришлось его разворачивать под 90 градусов, чтобы помещаться в длину (поэтому вдвоём под ним было тесновато).

В целом, чувствуется, что вещи стареют. В ванной висят старые держатели для стационарного и жидкого мыла, а рядом - стоит покупной флакон жидкого мыла. У держателя для штор отвалилась ручка... Но это всё же мелочи. Общее впечатление - именно положительное.

Да, в этом году нам ещё не повезло попасть на ремонт ближайшей станции метро (Тузель), пришлось ездить через Дустлик. До него ходят метробусы - бесплатные и частые, но переполненные; ходят такси за 30+ тысяч сум; можно дойти и ногами, но далековато и очень пыльно. В прошлый раз попроще было. Дочинят станции - и снова станет лучше.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

My Ac kept shutting off after working 10-15 minutes so I had to wake up and turn it back on because it kept getting extremely hot. That was inconvenient. Staff was very nice and tried hard to accommodate.

Cons:

AC did not work properly.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Tashkent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Abdulla, who made us feel truly welcome.
We arrived at midnight and were very impressed with the smooth airport pickup, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety and great taste.
Overall, the hospitality, service, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

A pleasant room, but a disappointing experience due to unfulfilled promises and no follow-up communication from the hote
Pros:

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The check-in experience was smooth I was greeted at the airport with a sign as promised, which made the arrival stress-free.

Cons:

Breakfast and airport pick-up/drop-off being included in the price was the main reason I booked this hotel in the first place. Unfortunately, the airport transfer and early breakfast were not provided despite multiple confirmations before and during my stay. On the morning of departure, there was no one at reception. I waited for 15 minutes, rang the bell, called, and sent messages through Booking, but received no response. As a woman traveling alone, the airport transfer was important to me for safety and peace of mind. I had to arrange and pay for a taxi myself with very limited local currency, which caused stress and unexpected expenses. What hurt the most was not the mistake itself, but the lack of communication or apology for over two weeks after my stay.

Pros:

Sorry for the delayed reaction. We got 1 room and spent only one night in the hotel waiting for our flight; however, we can recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, quite large, and has several facilities. In the evening in the garden, we took a rest. The neighborhood is silent. In general, me and my wife were very happy with this hotel. On the next stay in Tashkent we reserve a room again there.

空港の無料送迎が往復であるのは素晴らしいし、スタッフの方がフレンドリーで心温まりました。
Pros:

タシケント空港に飛行機遅延で夜中1時過ぎに着いたがお迎えの方は待っていてくれてとても助かりました。フロントとタクシー運転手の方々はとてもフレンドリーでよかったです。
翌日のホテルから空港までの送迎もしてくれて本当に助かりました。

Cons:

朝ごはんがイマイチでした。野菜がなくなっていたけど、補充されないままだったし、内容も魅力的なものはありませんでした。
