Location in a new complex next to good shopping mall. High rise building.

Property looks old a bit, but I guess the average of Ho Chi Minh apartment is like that

Pros:

De locatie. Het ligt erg centraal en je hebt alle faciliteiten in de buurt, zoals winkels, restaurants, activiteiten voor kinderen.

Cons:

We zijn er niet verbleven, omdat we bij aankomst gebeld werden dat er geen appartement vrij was wegens verbouwingen en of we meer wilden betalen voor een andere appartement. Dit accepteerden wij niet.

Unacceptable last-minute downgrade

The accommodation cancelled our reservation while we were in the plane flying to Vietnam. We arrived and they messaged us on whatsapp. They did not organise an airport pickup as previously arranged so we had to order a Grab. When we arrived, they had their brother come and meet us. He told us our room wasn't available anymore because of new years. He took us to another nearby building and showed us another apartment which was nothing like the one we booked. It had stains on the walls. We said no thanks and tried to book another nearby hotel online via booking.com.

No assistance whatsoever, demanded a higher fee, cancelled with no warning and did not want to help with booking althoug

they changed the price after we arrived to Vietnam (wanted to charge us more than originally booked on the app/around 3x the price which was originally booked for). Cancelled our booking last minute with no explanation and did not contact us to help (we had already submitted card details multiple times). When we arrived to the hotel, the lady had already told us to wait until 2pm to check in — we called before 2pm to confirm details and the lady dismissed us, not putting in the effort to assist us AFTER WE KINDLY REQUESTED SHE LOOK AT THE BOOKING (messaged through Zalo). This caused a lot of stress while we still had to find a place to leave our luggage and sort out errands such as currency exchange. We have also tried contacting them through the information given on the booking site — no answer or text back until the very last minute. Overall customer service is terrible.

Never to deal with this provider again.
Pros:

I found the experience with this provider extremely poor. We were left stranded with no support , from the provider themselves and Booking.com
We arrived to the office ( supposedly) late in the evening after almost 9 hours of flying, 2 hours of waiting to go through customs and an hour of travelling to the venue, just to find that they have cancelled our booking and with no one to let us know what was happening. We will not use booking.com again as well as this particular provider. Actually, I think they are scammers so please be aware.
