Hotel Fortune Inn By F9 Hotels

Didn't gave accessories like towel , shampoo , brush , soap shower gel etc.

There was nothing to like about this place. Most unkempt, untidy below average overly priced .
The bedsheets were dirty. Pillow covers were ancient old almost worn out. No toiletries except one neem tiny soap. No toilet tissue paper.
There is no restaurant and if morning tea you want it you wait for 9am.
Money charged was a cheating.
I will never ever trust booking such place.

Rooms were dirty, rats were there in the rooms, no drinking water provided, neither any amenities were there, no hot water, no shower, towels and beds were dirty. Hotel staff was rude. The worst experience by paying Rs 4757 just for 1 night. I will not book any hotel from booking.com.

First of all they have mentioned property name as Fortune hotel in the booking.com , But there is no name board or anything related to Fortune in the property. It was very difficult for my driver to find out the property as there was no name board displayed Infront of the Hotel. I would like to say instead of Hotel it as a LODGE.
When I asked during my check in time, staffs were giving unacceptable answers saying its a residential area that they can not display property name. But I have seen very next to this a beautiful hotel with name board.

Secondly, room and wash room were not at all clean. Wash room fittings were broken. Towel they provided was very old and with stains. Blanket was not clean and pillows were black in colour. I will never recommend this property to any one.
I can rate this 1 out of 10 score to this property.

Its is not worth for the price that they charge. Very next day morning ,I have checked in to a Radisson Blue Hotel and price was not much higher than this property.

More cleanliness will be appreciated

They told me they don’t take international guests, after the reception had my passport for 5 mins and my family offloaded all the luggage from the Uber . He was ok untill I said”I hope the room looks like the pictures” he stopped me on my way to the room and then suddenly realised that he can’t take international guests.
I was asked to Walk to another hotel, this was really stressful as it was quiet late at night and he send our luggage in a rickshaw with my dad(my mum and aunt and I couldn’t fit with all the luggage)
I was told the metrostays by F9 was exactly the same and would accommodate us) it was much cheaper compared to what I paid(checked online) I asked about breakfast and was assured that breakfast will be included,as my original booking was with breakfast.
The room was full of insects , dirty and I was told they didn’t have any towels so will hv to go without, after begging them to get some from other hotel it was sorted .
Next morning the arrogant receptionist told my parents that they hv to pay for breakfast. My parents rooms phone didn’t work so I called reception and asked them to send our breakfast to both rooms . They sent all food to my parents room .
Now my parents had the paid for breakfast and the other set that was included.
I tried to explain to the receptionist but he told me “it was my problem and I had to sort it with other hotel” I’m on meds so was forced to order food , my included breakfast never showed up and we had to pay for breakfast. No excuse for this discussion behaviour. Don’t book this hotel

Rooms are damp and have a very bad smell from the bed. 101 108, 208.
For all three rooms the shower is not ok.
No dining area in the hotel and also no provision in the room.
