Good location but no personal service..
Pros:

Large room

Cons:

No one to assist or front desk.. we were not happy that there was no service and it wasn’t stated in the booking

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable (can feel all the springs). Walk up to 3rd floor. No luggage rack. Water pressure in the shower was not good.

A perfectly located hotel with a comfortable room and exceptionally kind staff — I highly recommend it.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very central and convenient, with restaurants, shops and everything you need nearby.

The room was perfect and exactly what I was looking for: clean, comfortable and well maintained. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

I would also like to especially thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism. They were very understanding and helpful when I needed to modify my booking, and I truly appreciated their support.

I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Chỗ nghỉ tự check in , phòng rộng và sạch tuy nhiên sẽ có mùi hương liệu hơi nồng. Phòng ko có cửa sổ ngay trung tâm khu China town gần central market rất tiện.

Nice place to stay, clean, and everything was okay. But no lift. But it was okay. The staff was friendly and hardworking. Raise them a good sallary 😂😛 everything was great and perfect location.

Nice comfortable stay but both rooms I had has no windows and it doesn’t state that when advertised.
Pros:

The first room given to me had no hot water at all and the wifi didn’t work in the room. I was initially happy to go to another hotel if they were willing to cancel but in the end they changed me to another room. This room was fine.

Cons:

The room does not state it is windowless. In all fairness, it wasn’t an issue in the end but if I knew the rooms have no windows at all I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. This needs to be advertised when advertising your property on any platform. It’s misleading otherwise. Some people need a window.

Très inconfortable, à fuir.
Pros:

C’est vrai que c’était propre. À part ça, pas grand chose de bien à dire sur cet endroit.

Cons:

- Sommier cassé, littéralement. Impossible de dormir, le matelas faisait une cuvette, j’ai du le mettre par terre pour arriver à dormir. Très inconfortable.
- Aucune pression à la douche
- Fonctionnement de la douche très difficile à comprendre, j’ai mis 10min à avoir de l’eau qui ne soit pas brûlante
- Check in avec une machine automatique, très désagréable
- On entend le bruit à l’extérieur
- Pas de fenêtre

服務人員很讚，非常熱心有禮貌！
離地鐵也不遠，樓下就是夜市。

Cons:

完全沒有熱水，洗澡時快冷死了，有訊息通知人員，但過了一段時間櫃檯人員才來，也是無法修復，有說要更換房間，但都洗完了！隔天因洗冷水澡身體欠安，旅館有同意免費晚退房，算是有盡力補救了，要住此旅館洗澡前要確認熱水是否正常。

Best suited for short stays
Pros:

Convenient city centre location. Bath tub was very comfy and spacious. Room was also quite big and clean. Easy check in&out.

Cons:

Property should mention that there are no lifts and on-site car park. Pantry was dusty and room was not too soundproof since its facing Petaling Street.
