We stay at this hotel for years when we visit Cyprus
Pros:

It is in center of the city, the staff is very helpful and smiling every time, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner is very delicious and lots of choices

Cons:

If you go in autumn or winter, there is no facility at the hotel except for gambling. There is a wall of the beach in front of the main cafe of the hotel where is the only place to spend time during the day. The beach area is closed so no sea view ar the cafe.

Pros:

Кроме локации нет очевидных плюсов , очень грубый персонал ( администрация ! К Боям нет вопросов , как и к работникам ресторана , там кстати вкусно)
В номере отсутствуют чайник , утюг, о кофемашине и речи нет . Вода - две маленьких бутылочки , попросили дополнительно , платите . Кипяток по утрам нужен , пожалуйста принесут - за дополнительную плату . Грубый персонал на стойке регистрации , девушки , особенно та что делала вид будто не знает Русский . Провожал нас Борис , ему привет огромный , вот все бы так работали . Но увы .
Никогда не порекомендую своим знакомым , вокруг столько замечательных отелей - но этот пробил мое понимание , могут смело снимать себе звезды за несоответствие элементарным правилам хорошего отеля .

Cons:

Грубый персонал, отсутствие воды и не желание пойти навстречу гостям с элементарными просьбами - кипяток .

yemekler güzeldi, yataklar rahat. casinosu güzel.

Cons:

odadaki aydınlatmalar güzeldi ama neyin neyi açıp kapattığını anlamak mümkün değildi. ışıkları tamamen kapatmak çok uğraştırdı.

Pros:

Otel güzel odalar rahat yemekler güzel ve bol

Cons:

ancak oda hizmetinden memnun kalmadığımız bir deneyim yaşadık.
Odada 2 adet 33cc su var 75 yaşındaki annemle kaldığımı ve ilaç içtiği için fazladan 1-2 adet su koymalarını rica ettim . Temizlik elemanı sorumlusu bayan ancak minibara koyabileceklerini ve ücretli olarak kullanabileceğimizi söyledi. Resepsiyon’daki yöneticiyle konuştum oda numaramı aldı ancak odaya ilave su koyulmadı. Bu kadar bolluk içinde yemeklerde ikramlar yapan bir hotelden bunu beklemezdim . Gecelik 600 dolar ödeyip odanızdaki ilave suya sizden ücret istiyor. Rocks’a hiç yakışmadı !
