موقع استثنائي
Pros:

الموقع ممتاز قريب من الاماكن السياحية ووسائل النقل مثل الترام ، عند السكن في هذا الفندق لاتحتاج الى سيارة
الغرف حجمها جيد ، الافطار متنوع ، الموظفين ودودين ، هذه الاقامة الثانية لنا

Cons:

فقط موظف الاستقبال هذه المرة لم يكن لطيف وتصرف بدون لباقة عندما طلبنا التاكيد على الغرف ( وهو طلب مسبق اثناء الحجز ) رد بعصبية ليس لها داعي ، وطلب الجوازات بعصبية - هذا التصرف قد يجعلني اعيد النظر في السكن مرة اخرى

Pros:

We had a very good stay here. The rooms were comfortable—nothing luxurious, and the bathrooms could be better—but everything else made up for it. The staff were excellent, really helpful and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. There’s no ice machine and a few small details could be improved, but overall we were happy with the hotel and enjoyed our time there.

Все понравилось !
Отличный завтрак. Прекрасное местоположение. Все рядом. Очень удобно. Отдельное спасибо Фатиме за чистоту в номере. Бассейн и хамам работают хорошо.

الغرفة كانت نظيفة وكذلك مرافق الفندق
بالنسبة لمساحة الغرف كما هي الحال في منطقة سيركجي الغرفة غير واسعة
ولكنها تؤدي المطلوب كذلك بالنسبة للتكيف أغلب الفنادق لا تقوم بإشغال المكيفات فهي تفصلها عن الكل في وقت الشتاء وهذا يسبب في إزعاج بعض قاطنين الفندق لأهم تعودا على إشغال المكيف
هناك ومضيض نور صادر من جهاز استشعار الحرايق و هذا الوميض لا يتوقف وضوءه مزعج للبعض
الفطور جيدجدا متنوع ولكن بدون تجديد ويؤدي الغرض وزيادة
هذه هي المرة الثانية أنزل في هذا الفندق وأسوف أنزل به قريبا
لقرب الفندق لكل شئ من حولك
المواصلات سواء كانت تكاسي أو ترام أو مترو أو عبارات أو باصات
الأسواق والبزرات قريبة منك وكذلك المطاعم ، العاملون في الفندق متميزين في ردودهم و في خدمة نازلين الفندق وعلى رأسهم مدير الفندق فلهم كل الشكر والتقدير

اقامه مقبوله مقابل السعر لكن أرجو تجديد الأثاث وتكون الخدمه افضل عن نفسي لاافضل العوده للفندق

آلموقع حيوي جدا والمكان مخدوم والحمام التركي كذلك جميل بالاضافه إلى المسبح واللوبي

الأثاث قديم عدم نظافه الغرفه بالاضافه عدم توفر مناديل والخدمه تحتاج تحسين طلبت من الاستقبال تغير الغرفه كان الحمام غير نظيف اعزكم الله تعذر ان الفندق فل مليان ماهو ذنبي تعطيني غرفه غير نظيفه والفطور لو يكون اكثر تنوعا يشكرون عليه عن نفسي مايرجع الفندق ثاني رغم تميز موقعه
