I didn't like the staff they were very freaking rude trying to run you up brush you off the property when you're waiting on them Uber or someone to come pick you up and I really would like to sue them they are very discriminated too

MONEY HUNGRY / NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
Pros:

The only thing I liked is that , I got my money back for that BS.

Cons:

The staff is horrible, customer service 0 , very rude kicked me out after 30 min of being there, because he received a complaint. Money hungry wanted me to pay more money because I had guess over to the room I paid for , mind you I’m from out of town !!! So disrespectful!! U couldn’t even bond and connect with my family !

Pros:

It wasn’t worth 224$ booking.com definitely got over on me. My toilet didn’t work. Kept having to fix it to flush it and draws had roaches. And my door didn’t close unless I slammed it.

I checked in but checked out shortly after and received a refund. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my cleanliness expectations. The couch was stained, and the room overall appeared old and unclean.

Ive stayed at various hotel's in Houston and this is by far the best hotel on thr Northside of the city. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel again

The room was nicely remodeled and everything looked very new, however there was mold in shower and on the sink. Also there were 6 burn holes in the bed comforter.
