Absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spotless and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances – a real bonus for anyone wanting to cook. We especially loved the thoughtful touches: the vacuum cleaner and small study area made it easy to keep everything tidy, and the spacious living room cabinet was stocked with extra towels and daily essentials, which was super convenient.
The location is perfect! Just a 5-minute walk to Yu Garden and the City God Temple, and also very close to the Bund. Couldn’t ask for a better area to explore Shanghai. Highly recommend this place!

Building looks old on the outside but unit itself was renovated. It was really near to Yu Garden and we could enjoy the amazing view.
The water in the bathrooms was switching between hot and cold mode. We were freezing during shower. The bedsheets seem not really new as all 5 of us were scratching due to itch from our first night.
The interior of the property was amazing and immaculate. Was super clean and exactly what we needed! The location to the mall and walking distance to Yu Garden and even the Bund was great!
The exterior and entrance to the building looked a little rundown and when we arrived there was a workman’s bench outside the lifts. The lift shafts were also rundown with broken tiles or boarded walls. It is one of those never judge a book by its cover locations!
The host was very kind—they helped me add a quilt filler, responded to messages promptly, and provided assistance. The room offered great value for money, with an amazing view of the Oriental Pearl Tower.
Have living room and night view. Can see Yuyuan garden and Shianghai Tower.
Apartment building is old but inside the room is ok
Apartment is well maintained n nice ,simple furnishing.Clean n easy to find. Staff is friendly.
Outside building is not well maintained but apartment is nicely renovated , with bright lighting's.

The space is bright and clean, which my family greatly appreciates.
Both bathrooms are clean; however, they are not in optimal condition. One bathroom is prone to water flooding after use, while the other has a shower tap that is not functioning properly.

Good location, have dining space for family gathering, the key contact person provides quick response and flexible. The room is nice - newly decorated.
The building exterior is very old, but inside is very good. The process for bus to access the homestay is not that much convenient. We spent long time to before getting permission to enter.
I think the location is superb, with breakfast in 2 minutes walks to a mall named M2. Walking distance to all the touristic places.

When we arrived at the place, towels are not ready.. there is no shampoo only hair conditional.
one of the Toilet cover is broken... no iron.. kitchen utensils are not complete, no microwave.
Huge TV with only ads, we have to pay for the subscriptions which cost only Yen 15 for a month, i would have put it in as complementary with the price.
Dirty cushion cover.. host send a cushion cover on Day 2 evening and we set it up.
Pot & Wok are not clean.
Payment: Only accept Alipay and CASH (Host request us to pay full in advance but we only paid 10% because she told us some guests didn't pay at the end)
