Pros:

Nhân viên siêu siêu dễ thương, mình đến lúc 5 giờ sáng. Mà có phòng mấy anh cho nhận luôn. Phòng sạch sẽ, xịn nha 10 điểm không có nhưng. Mình ít khi đánh giá trên app nhưng phải type là cả nhà hiểu mình ưng cỡ nào rùi he

Cons:

Chỉ có điều nhà tắm hơi khó trong việc thoát nước. Nhưng vẫn rất uki.

Pros:

Không thích điều gì cả.

Cons:

Đặt 2 phòng nhưng bị trục trặc hay làm sao mà lúc đầu chỉ nhận được 1 phòng và hôm sau mới nhận được phòng còn lại.
Nhà vệ sinh thì dơ, thoát nước kém, không có vòi xịt. Mình hỏi nhân viên thì nhân viên bảo không phòng nào có. Nhưng khi mình nhận phòng thứ 2 thì lại có, nhưng nhà vs vẫn thoát nước kém. Nhận phòng thì ga giường dơ nhờ nhân viên đổi ga khác thì nhân viên bảo đợi tới sáng mới có người đến thay cho mình.
Với tầm giá thuê một đêm 300k hơn thì trải nghiệm quá tệ so với các phòng cùng tầm giá đó.
Nhận phòng đi khá xa từ đầu hẻm. Mình có báo trước cho chủ nhưng điện lại không bắt máy. Điện số điện thoại bàn 2 3 lần mới bắt máy.

Pros:

A rare find in Da Lat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They welcome us early in the morning, suggest location for visiting and local food, ask about our trip at the end of the day. The neighborhood is quite and safe, easy to locate. Great service for this range of price. I will definitely come back.

Cons:

The room doesn't have AC, only fan so it would be hot in day time if you travel in the summer. At night the temperature drop down so it's comfortable. The only problem is that the room was not very well-cleaned when we got there, but it probably because we checked in the room early.
