Staff is impolite , seems management strategy is to entertain any service request only if a reminder is received , seems belief is that service of 70% requests will be avoided like this. This applies even to service from live counter in Breakfast or providing water , dental kit etc in the room.
Attitude of check in staff is that guests are their subjects . After obtaining IDs at time of checkin ,with change change of shift suddenly you are impolitely called to reception to answer new staff .

Room,cleanliness,washroom,games area,food,breakfast was 95% repeated for 2 days during our stay.A la carte Priced on higher side compared to taste.There were very minimal items.
All the doors of the room were fully jammed.
Request to people who book over here, check everything in the room and ask for change in case of issues else avoid this hote.

Nothing particularly. Only the receptionist on female staff on 19/3/2026 morning shift was very helpful . She did her best effort to change my extremely noisy room to the better and quieter one .
Location was not best however close to metro station so easy transport to old city and train station. Breakfast and dinner dominantly for Indian guests . I’m charged more than my booking. Com confirmation that annoyed me
