Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione del Hold quarter di Hanoi.
Kevin al nostro arrivo è stato gentilissimo spiegandoci perfettamente su una piantina tutte le cose da visitare ed i servizi dell'albergo inclusi. Anche le signorine alla reception al momento del check out sono state molto gentili.
Colazione squisita e abbondantissima con personale sempre disponibile alle richieste e attenta affinché il cliente sia perfettamente soddisfatto.
Camera pulita, spaziosa così come il bagno. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio massaggi con una ragazza bravissima che ci ha rimesso in sesto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stays at this lovely hotel. We stayed 4 times in April (a total of 10 days). From our first day to the very last we were greeted with such warmth and generosity. Special thanks to Jenny on reception and Emily who on served us breakfast every day. Both greeted us with their infectious smiles and such lovely friendly personalities.

All the staff from management to cleaning and maintenance staff were so friendly and helpful we really felt at home.

Our first stay was in the deluxe double which was clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed but our subsequent stays were in the junior suite and was so worth the small amount extra. Beds super comfortable and plenty of space for cases and storage. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

We would definitely come back here if we come back to Vietnam.

Pros:

This hotel was a great introduction to Hanoi. All the staff, in particular Jenny, were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and the rooftop bar had great affordable options. Breakfast was excellent and had extra things you could order fresh if you wished.

Pros:

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, vom Check in bis check out haben sie auf uns geschaut. Das Zimmer war riesig. Das Hausmädchen hat sogar die Sachen im Bad bisschen aufgeräumt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab Western, japanisch und vietnamesisches Frühstück. Und man konnte Eier und Kaffee extra bestellen.

Die Cocktails auf der Roofbar waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider haben sie nur einen Lift, den alle benutzen müssen, da ist es manchmal ziemlich voll. Aber in Hanoi haben sie ja Platzprobleme und deswegen ist es wohl verständlich.

Die Terrasse oben ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster zur einer Wand rüber, aber es war hell genug und das war mir wichtiger.

The room was excellent. We had an adjoining twin for family stay and that worked excellently.
The beds were incredibly comfortable.
All staff were excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast room looked a bit unloved, and although it was clean, the grey ceiling makes the room look grubby.

Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, bezauberndes Frühstück (wirklich mit Liebe gestaltet), kleines Fitness, jedoch gut ausgerüstet, die Massage und die Lage

Cons:

Das einzige sind ein paar Ausrüstungen im Zimmer (wackeliger Seifenhalter, Wasser läuft nicht so gut ab), dies wurde jedoch gemeldet und sofort ernst genommen.
