Hôtel très bien situé et personnel à l’écoute et efficace.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, personnel très attentif, et réactif.

Cons:

Coupure d’électricité, ni climatisation ni ascenseur pendant un moment. Nous n’avons pas été prévenus.
Décoration un peu vieillissante.

Amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

La ubicación, está céntrico pero justo en calles muy sucias y ruidosas.
Le daría dos estrellas. Habitaciones pequeñas, muy viejas, sin comodidades. Baño muy justo.

Pros:

ホテルスタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで親切で、一人旅で心細い私の気持ちをほぐしてくれました。
3泊しましたが、毎日部屋を綺麗に整えてもらい、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Cons:

歩き回って疲れたので、バスタブに浸かりたかったですが、そもそもそういう部屋はなかったのでしょうか。

Pros:

Großartige Lage in der Altstadt, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Selbst extra Wünsche, wie eine schnelle Wäsche und Theaterkarten waren schnell erledigt und ungesetzt. Die Dachbar ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel.
