Pros:

Tiene una ubicación perfecta. El personal es amabilísimo. No tiene parking pero no es problema porque hay un aparcamiento público enorme muy cerca.

Cons:

Estaría bien que se avisara a la hora de reservar que las habitaciones que dan a patio, la ventana está en el plato de la ducha, lo que influye en la iluminación de la habitación.

Lokacija, doručak i uređenje hotela i sobe.

Cons:

Premračna soba gdje nikad ne znaš koje je doba dana. Kupatilo ima staklenu stijenu prema hodniku te ostali ljudi mogu vidjeti kroz nju.

Gratis-Upgrade; Top-Lage in erster Reihe mit Meerblick, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar; sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Rooftop-Bar

Cons:

Klimaanlage kühlte nicht wirklich, Poolzeit nur bis 18:00, Parksituation eher dürftig (langes Suchen, schlussendlich kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz)

Mir hat alles gefallen. Die Umgebung war wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn ich wieder nach Nordteneriffa reise, würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit erneut buchen.

Top hotel met rooftop, alleen airco matig werkend
Pros:

Rooftop, ontbijt, zwembad op het dak

Cons:

Airco op de kamer functioneerde 1 avond in hele hotel niet, niet fatsoenlijk voor gecompenseerd. Daarnaast werkt de airco normaal gesproken heel matig daardoor hadden we aanvankelijk ook niet door dat die het niet deed. We werden om 2 uur s’nachts wakker van de hitte.

Le regalé una estancia a mis padres por el aniversario y fue maravillosa. tuvieron un detalle precioso con ellos al llegar a la habitación y fueron muy amables en todo momento. Las vistas desde la cama son impresionantes y el buffet muy rico. Volvería a reservar este regalo, estoy muy agradecida al hotel por haber aportado en este momento tan especial.

La ubicacion excepcional el personal super amable el desayuno completisimome toco habitacion interior y me quede un poco decepcionada pero era amplia comoda y estaba super limpia

Posizione favolosa nel centro della città, hotel nuovo e ben arredato. La vista della camera (abbiamo preso una vista mare) vale il viaggio. Buona la colazione varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera executive, purtroppo il bagno era piccolo a tal punto che il lavabo era nella camera e non nel bagno.
