Pros:

Lovely hotel, very modern. In a great central location nearby to bars and restaurants. Lovely roof top bar with pool. Breakfast was also included in our stay and it was great.

Pros:

It really has a fabulous location! There is beautiful sea view in front of the hotel. And the tax stand is 3 minutes work, which is quite convenient. And if you want to go to the Loro Parque, there is free shuttle bus on the taxi stand. You can easily find a lot of good restaurants about 5-minutes walk from the hotel. All stuff are quite warm and nice. This hotel is rly a good choice and has a good value of money!

Cons:

The partitions in the toilet are just curtains and the ventilation is not very good.

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal, Sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, nicht Aufenthaltsfreudlich, nicht ein Kleiderhaken an den Wänden, wo mal eine Jacke o.ä. aufgehängt werden kann, kein Stuhl im Zimmer.

Deja mucho que desear

El desayuno y las vistas desde el restaurante

Cons:

El personal del hotel deja mucho que desear; hablaban entre ellos todo el rato como si estuviesen en un parque. No parece un 4 estrellas. La habitación llena de humedades, la cama incómoda, pedimos que nos arreglasen el gel porque no funcionaba y nadie hizo nada. La toallas rotas y desgastadas. El agua del SPA estaba fría y la que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato; estaba hablando por teléfono personal un buen rato desde que llegamos y quiso que nos fuésemos media hora antes de acabar. No volveremos

Чудовий готель в чудовому місці.
Pros:

Дуже сучасний комфортний готель, розташований над чудовою набережною та пляжем. Менеджери люб'язно надали мені кращий номер, ніж я замовляв. Вид з балкону на океан був неймовірний. Гостям готелю при заселенні пропонується бокал іспанського шампанського.

The location of the hotel was fantastic with brilliant sea view. Restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Pros:

Mesés kilátás, az óceán egy karnyújtásra van csupán.

Cons:

A parkolás gyakorlatilag lehetetlen. Javaslom a mélygarázst pár száz méterre. Fizetős ugyan, de megéri. A wellnessre időpontot kell foglalni, melyről elfelejtettek tájékoztatni.
