No puedo valorar lo mejor porque mis padres después de ver la habitación decidieron irse, pero es un hotel recién reformado en muy buena ubicación.
Le regalé a mis padres una noche en este hotel recién reformado y la sorpresa fue que la habitación que le cogimos (una noche 115€ 2 personas) era interior. A mi madre le dio mucha claustrofobia y se quiso ir, la único opción que propuso el hotel fue que pagaran 60€ para cambiarles la habitación y no quiso hacerlo. Deberían informar que la habitación es interior en la información. Nos hemos alojado en muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas, mejores o peores, pero nunca interiores. También le comentaron que hablara con booking para valorar opciones como cambio de fecha…pero tras contactar con booking me dijeron que solo me podían reembolsar la parte de ellos (no llegó a 15€) y que el hotel no había aceptado otras opciones.

La limpieza, las toallas en muchos cambios estaban sucias y la privacidad, la ventana daba a un pasillo por lo que teníamos que echar siempre la cortina
Fantastic location, although parking is difficult in that area with it being central. The views from the hotel are stunning. We had a deluxe room with sea view, and this was breathtaking and perfect for people watching. The balcony chairs were comfy and not plastic like some other hotels, and the table was practical and space saving. The roof top bar was brilliant to chill out and unwind. It felt a very safe hotel too.
Parking is difficult in the area. In the bathroom there wasn't a shelf to put my glasses on as the sink is in the bedroom, behind the bed, and as the bathroom was dark it was difficult to see even with the lights on. The bar menu was limited on the roof top bar, more tapas items would have been better. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we felt 20 euros per person for breakfast was too expensive. The corridors were too dark, I like the moody feel but it needs to be practical , so a few lights would be better.

Room was superb, beds very comfortable. We had a sea view room and waking up to the view and the sound of the waves was amazing. The hotel staff accomodated a last minute request to decorate the room as it was my partners birthday and the room was ready before we were meant to check in at 1500. Overall, a truly magnificent stay, staff very welcoming and friendly. Would definately stay here again.
