La cama
Que la piscina estuviera tan fría
Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, el desayuno normal tirando a flojo. Fui a pedir una tortilla, quería queso y el cocinero me dijo que se le había terminado. Fruta escasa y poca variedad. Y lo peor el comedor: las mesas super apretadas que parecía que tenías al vecino comiendo en tu plato, algunas mesas no se podía estar porque el sol te daba de frente y no había manera de soportarlo, tal es asi que tuve que cambiarme de mesa a mitad del desayuno
En general la estancia para mi fue una decepción. Salvo el trato del personal, la estructura y organización del hotel no nos gustó nada. Cogimos una habitación con balcón pero apenas pudimos usarlo porque era una especie de cuña muy pequeña. La piscina es como una pileta grande con el agua por las rodillas. Como no hay nadie pendiente de la piscina, la gente se llevaba los coctels para dentro del agua. La recepción es un mostrador y tres butacones para sentarse. Hasta las 3,05 no pudimos tener la habitación. Y luego a las 12,02 ya se nos bloqueo la tarjeta y tuvimos que ir a recepción para que nos dejaran sacar las cosas.
En general todo, en especial las vistas, poder contemplar el atardecer y el amanecer desde la cama no tiene precio.
No puedo comentar nada, todo ha sido espectacular y de calidad superior.
Balcony with nice ocean view
The room was not very practical or comfortable, as the sink was located in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom. This felt inconvenient and lacked privacy.

loved the room, the balcony facing the sea was worth it such a great view. loved the rooftop for lounging in the sun, and all of the staff were so kind and helpful- we would love to come back !

La verdad nada que decir
In front of the ocean and in a very central location.
The hotel has no direct access with a car, neither to leave the luggage and go. Moreover, it’s very hot inside the common spaces maybe due to the Spa located at the very bottom floor. Finally, breakfast buffet and dinner, that for us were included, need to be reviewed because they missed variety and quality.
