Just like home.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter street. There's a pharmacy on the ground floor and another one opposite the hotel. The hotel's location is very conveniently located; most amenities are within walking distance. You're only minutes away from the beach. The hotel staff here are quite friendly, and the housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning the rooms. There's a convenience store run by a nice Vietnamese family on the same street. There's Quick Laundry opposite the hotel that does a great job with your laundry, they charge VND$20K/kg. If you drop your clothes off early in the morning, you can pick up later in the day. I recommend you try Umm (Banh Mi & Cafe), Mia Food & Drink, Pallet Hot Pot - BBQ - Phan Ton and Haian hotel's restaurant located on Level 3. They're all within walking distance of the hotel, have great service and are reasonably priced, check them out on Google Map.

Pros:

I had a wonderful nights sleep here, the price of the room was very reasonable. The bathroom was a little shabby but the comfy bed made up for that. I was very happy in the morning!

Value for money small hotel in the touristic location
Pros:

- Good location, close to everything
- Value for money
- Sauna that fits one person, but takes 30 minutes to heat up

Cons:

- Quite small rooms but they have everything you need inside
- Small windows with no view, but it’s ok, still enough light
- Overall it feels like the rooms needs renovation, the furniture feels to be old
- Hot water in the shower is not hot enough, or just cold. I tried to find the heater switch but it was nowhere to be found.
- The shower head was really old
