Big space just wished it was a little more clean

The amount of size of the room and bed

Cons:

No one on site to assist with issues. We were looking for items for the room like qutips and Razors but they were always out of it. Werid stains on bedding and flooring.

It was a lovely place to stay and location was just far away from tourist spots to be quiet and not busy, but very easy
Pros:

Location was great, easy access to train station, easy to travel to tourist spots like Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku etc. It was a clean and neat property.

Cons:

The room was small but this appears to be the norm for accommodation in Japan. Also the checking in online was a little tricky as no staff available to help in person, but was able to gain some help via messenger.

Great location and comfortable space.
Pros:

Location was great and instructions to access the room were easy to follow. Amenities such as towels and other toiletries were free to take on the 1st floor. Space was alright too.

No room service to clean the rooms.
