Bed was proper comfy and room was spacious. You’ll be glad to know that the shower is separate from the toilet meaning no wet room. Quiet area also and staff were nice. We also got discounted matcha/drinks from the matcha shop below which was a highlight!
Nothing to do with the room itself, but the matcha cafe below was closed for 2 days (not sure why) so we couldn’t actually go down and get a drink or use the discount and no staff to talk to if we needed.
Owner was very responsive to all our inquiries. Including helping is out with coming in & out of the premises.
What we like so much was it was accessible to the nearest coffee shops, convenience stores, bhan mi stands and other food stalls/good local food finds.
Although the property was not located along the main street, it was easy to locate and neighborhood was quiet.
The card key for the main gate was looking so inconspicious you would think it was just a keychain haha! Good thing the owner was responsive, tho we waited for quite a bit but at least the gate also has number lock system.

The room was quite dirty with dust and other stains everywhere. The staff also struggled with the English sometimes which made it a bit difficult to communicate

We didn’t get to stay as after booking the place emailed to advise they had over booked and couldn’t accommodate myself, husband and small children - not ideal as we were already on route when we received the email!
Great comfortable room in an area with everything you might need nearby. The host was responsive and answered any questions we might have. Great coffee and matcha on the ground level as well :)
The room is above the cafe, which did not disturb us at all. The owner is not present, with the staff of the cafe could not be communicated, so we wrote to the owner. The owner responded immediately.
The room is made in a modern style, which I like, but the person who cleans the room does not do his job properly. The bed was clean, but nobody touched the bathroom according to my opinion. The mirror was covered in toothpaste, the sink was dirty. Nice project, but lacking care.
Noise cancellation is very bad you can hear everything downstairs and the neighbors
Great size room, clean, fridge, etc
The bed is made on wood platform straight over a matcha cafe/ shop. No floor / ceiling between us just a piece of plywood it seems. Basically no privacy at all as a couple. We may as well have been in the cafe from 8.00 am onwards chatting with everyone as be in our own room.
