Everything was good
The room was wonderful, just would’ve loved for the bedroom to be closer to the patio. All the amenities were nice but the hot tub. Hot tub didn’t work our entire trip.

Condo was beautiful
It was hard to find where to check in at tower 3. Walked all around.
Reception lady was less than helpful.
She asked name and handed us a packet of stuff to look through on our own. I said it was our first time staying here, and she didn’t say anything.
Didn’t tell us anything about what all was offered or anything.
Literally, she was not helpful to the couple in front of us either.
Definitely doesn’t need to be a front desk person.

Really glad we didn’t have to interact with her the rest of our week.
I would seriously think about putting her somewhere else besides working with people.
People are excited to get to the beach after a 12 hr car ride and she puts a bad impression out from the beginning.

My husband and I stayed in tower lll 1509 for our Anniversary getaway, It was so nice and clean! Balcony Oceanview from the bedroom & livingroom!!! This place was Beautiful and staff was very helpful!!!
The apartment is gorgeous! Lots of personal touches- like sand toys and a baby bath tub- that really made it feel like home. Love the big TVs.
I didn’t like that it was across the street from the beach but that was probably my error in booking. I wished the bunk bed room had a tv for the kids to watch. I also didn’t like when I requested a new wrist band from the front desk for free as it was broken (per policy) the employee acted like we cut it intentionally and then she texted my cell phone at 1030pm to ask me to send a screenshot of the policy we were sent when we booked the room.
It was a beautiful room with a huge balcony. Wonderful location to nearest restaurants and shopping area.
