Cancelled booking - upon check in.
Pros:

We came but no rooms available. OUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. NO ONE INFORMED US THAT OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED.

We are claiming for full refund . I want to have a notification that tje booking.com are processing now the full refund and compensation of the said booking.

Cons:

FOUNDNOUT UPON CHECKED-IN THAT OUR BOOKING ARE CANCELLED DUE TO FULLY BOOKING.

WE ARE VERY TIRED FOR A LONG TRAVEL AND SHICKED UPON CHECK-IN NO ROOM AVAILABLE FOR US.

A positively memorable experience.
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful, genuinely caring & hospitable staff - I was treated very well and have made good friends with the staff; we had a lot of fun and laughter. Great to be able to use a free bicycle to get around. It's in a pretty good location as it's not too close to the busy central town which makes it a quiet location and I felt safe here. I would go back to stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great!

My daughter lost her airpods during our stay.Was debatasting, and it was expensive airpods.
The hotel is one compound where the owner and family live..

The friendly and helpful staff. And feel homey and good wifi rin. Madali magrequest sa staff. Very accomodating.
