Tiene potencial , pero presenta algunas incomodidades

Cons:

La distancia del alojamiento hasta las cabañas y el traslado de equipaje , muy lejos y cuentan con un carrito de apoyo pero no siempre está disponible , si te vas temprano tienes que acarrear tus cosas como puedas
Cabañas no cuentan con aire acondicionado
Personal de recepción poco amable .

Poor accommodation, restaurant and no bar. Hotel grounds were attractive.

The outside space around the hotel was good

Cons:

There were no facilities in the room such as fridge and tea coffee making facilities. The shower room was small and tatty. There was no bar on site. Despite stating wine could be purchased in the restaurant this was not the case and the food was very average.

El restorán muy básico en la carta y en el desayuno. Habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y no se puede abrir la ventana por los zancudos. En la piscina no hay repoceras donde tenderse o sillas para sentarse.

Excellent place to wind down and relax, great for kids.
Pros:

The hotel is in between two lagoons that offer a very beautiful view, including decks to walk and admire nature. The gardens are also great and include 3 pools and 1 indoor pool that has semi-heated water, excellent for cold days.
The restaurant is more like a cafe but serves a variety of dishes that were well prepared.
The cabins are comfortable and have everything you need.

Cons:

The cabins have noticeably worn floors that could be renovated, otherwise the place looks pretty good.

No me gustó no poder estacionar cerca de mi habitación
Pros:

El paisajismo es bonito. Las piscinas tienen 0.4m para los niños, perfecto.

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado.
Llevar el equipaje es muy incómodo porque hay sólo un carrito para todos los huéspedes.
La recepción queda en la punta del cerro y se debe subir a pie...luego bajar y esperar el carrito.

Como siempre muy buen todo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones más abandonadas todo muy seco, la piscina temperada casi igual en temperatura a la piscina exterior. El restaurant no vende tragos (alcohol) estas de vacaciones lo mínimo un aperitivo.
