Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, kaum geparkt, schon kam der Bell Boy. Alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem modernen Hotel erwartet, inclusive sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

This is my second experience at the hotel, and I have to say the service was very bad this time. Starting with the room, there were very annoying noises, and the window wasn't closed properly. The room was also very cold because of the window. Secondly, the breakfast buffet had the same items as last year; there was no change, and the staff were unmotivated. Thirdly, and most importantly, when I asked for water in the room, they told me it was available upon checkout and I had to pay for it; it wasn't free. Do you consider this excellent service? Of course not.
