A very pleasant overnight stay.
Pros:

Central location.
Good shower. Plenty of hanging space.
Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits in our room. Extremely good full English breakfast.

Cons:

As it’s an old inn, there is no lift.

Good place to stay
Pros:

A great place to stay in Tavistock. Clean, comfortable room. Good food from a Menu with great variety. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall, great value.

There is no dedicated Parking as cited on the venue details. There are options close by though.

Almost really good
Pros:

Very good size of room, super powerful shower, lovely tray offering. Superb breakfast. Nice to have a later checkout on a Sunday.

Cons:

Parking! It is in a multi storey car park next door - great! But - parking costs £5.20 per day ending at 8pm regardless of when you enter - so overnight parking to 11am checkout actually costs £10.40 unless you move your car to the short stay area and pay by cash!! Somewhat misleading.
Although we agree it is not the hotel's responsibility it could be made much clearer on the booking form.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

An extra blanket would have been useful, it was quite chilly when we were staying in Tavistock.

Great place to stay, nothing was to much trouble
Pros:

The hotel is ideally suited in the middle of town, lovely staff, the food was excellent, great breakfast.
Good atmosphere

Cons:

Parking, you can park in the multi storey, but it's a bit of pain, as you have to go out early to put on another ticket
