Pros:

The hotel owner said that booking.com cheats us, that's why we don't accept bookings from booking.com and didn't give me a room. I had travelled 70 kms and felt very bad.

The hotel is in a very remote place, and I booked feom booking.com and on the app it showed that booking was confirmed, but when I reached the hotel, they told me that there is no booking in my name, I called hotel staff and booking.com staff but instead of helping they started talking rudely and they told me that they are not taking bookings from the app, and once I told them that they should get the entry removed from the app then, but he said that I wont do nothing. Such rude staff of both hotel and booking.com. Worst experience ever. And then when I asked for a room, he asked me 5 times the price listed on the app.
Worst Hotel Ever.
And also I will never book from booking.com from now on and will also let people know.

Wrost property I just suggest never book this property ever they are cheaters and very disrespactful

Very bad exprience bcz we reched in this hotel in evening with my family also have little baby hotel reception person anubhav asking for more money bcz booking.com give us lowest price but hotel staff denied to give us a room in that amount very disappointing and wrost experience ever if they have charge high amount then why he was tieup with booking.com other platform property was very outside of road connectivity and highway my suggestion for all guest who coming in this property never book this hotel very bad experience in this hotel and also booking.com this is very disappointing I suggest to all of you never book this hotel .
