Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff is kindly and efficiently. I'm loving the experience.

the worst experiences ever in a hotel, unprofessional rude staff, they don’t check the room and mini fridge before checking in, and once u check out they claim the usage of items in the mini fridge and bar

Hotel was new and very clean, very comfortable beds! Staff amazing , location amazing, 2mim walk from Zeitouna bay! Only thing is that it was too loud at night, all night from the street! It is a very busy area.

The property is in a great location. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room had a wonderful view. Everything was clean. We will be recommending it to friends and family. Definitely a place we would stay again. The only negative was the loud music on the rooftop.

Service and cleanliness…

A new property with new staffs not very well experienced ! Breakfast is very poor ! We just got cheese zaatar and cheese pizzas, no croissants no pancakes no jam .. so many things to add to it to meet the requirements of a continental breakfast!

However, my experience took a downturn at the rooftop lounge. While the ambiance is inviting and the views are undeniably fantastic, the service I received was disappointing. During my visit, the staff at the lounge seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. I felt mistreated as a guest, as my requests for service were repeatedly overlooked. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful space was marred by poor service, as it left a negative impression on my stay.

Overall, while The View Hotel itself is a remarkable place to stay, I would recommend caution regarding the rooftop lounge. A kind reminder that all guests deserve respect and attentiveness can greatly enhance what is otherwise a wonderful hotel experience.

Very nice helpful staff. But the hotel did not accept credit cards and asked us to pay in cash the night we arrived. There is no breakfast as advertised and we were charged for the coffee we ordered in the mornings.

Great location and view, just a few surprises in a place that is not easy to navigate

Newly reconstructed hotel by the owner of historical St. George Hotel opposite, the personnel was eager to show guests they are here for them. Very helpful people and very nice location. I appreciated the free self-parking in front of the gotel.

I had a perfect stay at this Hotel, overlooking the Saint George Hotel the room was spotless, and spacious and beautifully designed.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.
The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area.
I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend the View Saint Georges Hotel.
I cant wait to return

L’hôtel est excellent. Il est tout neuf , j’ai aimé le design des chambres ainsi que la vue sur la bay. La localisation est très central, hamra jemmayze et le downtown sont accessibles à pieds. Le personnel est très sympa et à l’écoute. Perfect choice for Beirut
