Голяма просторна обстановка. Добър спа център. Красива обстановка в ресторантите. Храната е добра. За ала-карт ресторанта забележка, персонала е меко казано неучтив и след предварителна резервация чакахме половин час за да ни отразят, след като се представих не получих подобаващо отношение, но като изисках да разговарям със шефа, тогава нещата се оправиха..

Чудесна почивка!
Pros:

Просторна и чиста стая, големи и функционални басейн и СПА център, вкусна и разнообразна храна, учтив персонал.

Cons:

В хотела се предлага минерална вода Девин, при положение, че в Хисаря се идва заради лековитата вода от този регион. Организацията на сервирането и в двата ресторанта би могла да бъде по-добра.

Excellent conditions for a short rest in a high quality hotel with mineral water and SPA!
Pros:

What impresses most is that the hotel is comparatively big but there is not feeling of a crowd inside, around the facilities (in the spa or the pool) as well as in the restaurants. The food was excellent and it should be mentioned that there is a second outside à la card restaurant next to the seasonal outdoor pool which offers not only perfect food but high quality service as well. It should be also highlighted that the hotel is puppy friendly which is admirable. So the experience in the hotel is definitely worthy!

Cons:

The hotel is not exactly in the central part of the city although is at a walking distance to the center and main pedestrian area. Nevertheless it should be pointed out that the city itself appears to be not well maintained with many beautiful in the past houses and buildings literally ruined and even some of them burnt inside which creates sad and disappointing perceptions. The city is definitely not developed as a touristic center although it offers mineral water and very good touristic attractions as the famous wall form the Roman Empire times at 2000 years, a Roman therme and tomb. It is potty to see so interesting artéfacts neglected and ruined. The parking lot of the hotel is also a little bit limited. It could be said that the hotel is overpriced but taking into account the good service and facilities it is worthy to be visited!
