Pros:

La localisation est parfaite en plein centre ville, jolie hall d' entree pour l'accueil de l'hotel avec decoration authentique Nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits double confortable conforme à la réservation.

Cons:

Des renovations sont à revoir dans la chambre (trace d'humidité, peinture écaillé, moisissure...)
Telecommande Tv non fonctionnel, decodeur non branché
Nettoyage de chambre uniquement à la demande et non quotidienne.
Le plus detestable était que la laverie de l'hotel se situé au 4ème étage et que notre chambre se situé au 3ème étage. Impossible de dormir tranquillement, des bruits de tambours qui tourne toute la nuit.

A wonderful, comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality in the heart of Bursa.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Bursa’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering a great start to each day. Overall, the hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. If anything, the street can be a bit lively in the evenings, but it did not significantly affect our comfort.

Avec votre voiture c’est simple à trouver où parquer à l’aide du personnel
Personnel, très gentil, accueillant et serviable
