Location was great, Hotel had nice decor and staff very helpful.
The property requires renovation and some aspects of the facilities need updating.
Everything was nice even the people here was also nice i remembered the name osman, ayuobo was helping me and the receptionist yusuf and abdurrahman was so kind helping me and also umut for helping me. They were all so nice to us and we like it very much

there is water leakage from the shower area to bathroom floor. so it made floor so wet.
Also it needs more light on the room. its dark enough. so it makes the room creepy

Great central location in Bursa. Excellent Turkish breakfast buffet included. Great service by hotel staff. Highly recommend to stay here for families.
Very cool lobby with lots of sofas and seating. Interesting feature of the lobby is they have a wall full of antique electronics and gadgets for guests to view that would be at home in a museum. I really wish we had spent more time looking at them since younger people would never have seen these items before.
We had the 5 person family room which had 2 double beds and 1 single bed. AC worked great in the room but it took a few minutes to cool the room down initially but then it worked great throughout our stay. We stayed here for 5 days and we were impressed with their hospitality and service. Good wifi speed. Included TV has local Turkish satellite channels. Drinking Water in sealed disposable cups was provided daily in room.
Room was clean but curtains did seem a little dusty. Bathroom was very clean and had a working bidet toilet. Excellent shower. Room was spacious for 5 people with all our luggage. Definitely did not feel cramped for space.
Walking distance to major Bursa tourist sites like the Bursa Grand bazaar, Bursa Cami mosque, Gazi Orhan park, Gazi Orhan bey Cami mosque, Koza Han silk bazaar, and much more. Excellent selection of restaurants around here but some were quite pricey so you may want to shop around if you are on a budget. 2 grocery stores within walking distance also for any snacks and drinks.
Excellent Turkish breakfast buffet included. Turkish breakfast was hearty and delicious. They had many items including eggs, sujuk, fries, onion rings, cheeses, pasta, hot soups, breads, watermelon, fruits, lots of sides, juices, milk, teas, cereals, and jams. There is a huge selection and something for everyone here so even the pickiest eater won't go hungry.
This hotel is one of my top picks and we would definitely stay here again.
One negative point is that the family rooms were in the older front of the hotel which did not have any elevator/lift access which was only for the newer back half of the hotel. We had to carry our luggage up when we came in and checked into the hotel, but when we were departing the staff helped bring our luggage down to the taxi.
Location was good, only a couple of minutes walk go the main mosque

Advertised as having a lift which it does for rooms on one side of the hotel but we were given a room on the side that didnt have lifts going up which was hard with a baby

Struttura non moderna; camera piccola e deficitaria di comfort essenziali quali coperte e comodini vicino al letto. Il phon non funzionava bene. In generale, andrebbe modernizzato l’intero arredo perché molti mobili erano trasandati. La colazione era abbondante ma mancava di varietà: quasi nessun alimento dolce, niente frutta, caffè solo solubile, ecc.
