Great hotel with old world charm. Clean comfortable room and a good breakfast.

La pulizia della stanza era scarsa, la stanza tripla piccolissima, tanto che a stendo poteva essere una doppia. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la carta igienica in reception, perché il personale addetto alle pulizie non è passato neanche per controllare se ci fosse bisogno di qualcosa. Esperienza non proprio positiva

Love the location!
Pros:

Stayed here for 4days with 4kids. Just the this hotel because the location just 2minute walks to ulu cami, koza han, grand bazaar , orhan osman gazi, easy to find transport, bus n tram. Also hunting foods.

Cons:

The toilet easy to slippery and the toilet need to fix because the water come out from the shower area

Her kese tavsiye ederim!
Pros:

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyiydi, bir çok tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odalar temizdi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otele gelir gelmez hiç bekletmeden hemen check-in yapdılar. Resepsiondakı Leman ve Medine hanıma, ismini unutduğum bey efendiye gostermiş olduğu ilgiden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda sıcak olması gereken yemekler (patates, makarna) soğuktu.

Прекрасен престой в прекрасната Бурса.
Pros:

Закуската беше добра. Хареса ми разположението на хотела и отношението на Медина - отзивчива, усмихната и компетентна. Хотелът трябва да се гордее с такъв персонал.

Cons:

Не ни хареса това, че край хотела имаше много магазини, заведения и пазари и похарчихме доста пари.
