My daughters review,that she couldn’t not publish on google,since they are trying to defence themselves and reported “fake reviews”. STAY AWAY!!! BED BUGS bitten me all over my body on top of what happened below: Terrible facilities, plenty of hair on the bedsheets,asked to change the linen it was the wrong size and still with stains. The towels are worn out,some of the sockets are hanging out which makes it super unsafe especially for kids. Even the room door was hard to open,also they only give one key per room ,even if it is for 4 people. The breakfast was mid,but they only have instant coffee,which is crazy for Turkey. Please do not believe their high rating on booking ,they got 8,7 in 2018… Though the stuff is trying their best to accommodate clients wishes in terrible conditions. I would not recommend staying here.

Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern eine wirklich schreckliche Erfahrung. An der Bettkante sowie an den Steckdosen war Schimmel vorhanden. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war nicht fest montiert und wackelte. Auch im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel. Zusätzlich wurde zwei Tage lang keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Unter diesen Umständen war der Aufenthalt für uns sehr unangenehm und nicht akzeptabel.

Das Zimmer war Kalt, habe es bei der Rezeption gemeldet und trotzdem funktionierte die Heizung nicht, im Badezimmer kam von der Decke Wasser rein, das Zimmer wurde nur einmal gereinigt, das Bett war nicht bequem, man versank darin,

no room tissue, and very small amount of toilet tissue. not enough for 1 night. the room is quite small and not similar like in the photo. the rest is very good. If they gave similar room like the photo and enough tissue. i would give excelent rating.
The hotel has two wings — one accessible by elevator and the other only by stairs. When the reception staff found out we were from Malaysia, they kindly assigned us a room in the wing with elevator access.
The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, Mosque and other sights. Staff are great, really helpful and friendly. There's an off licence around the corner, handy coz you can't purchase alcohol in the shops and markets. Bus stop is only a few minutes walk away and the buses are very regular in all directions. Breakfast was phenomenal! Amazing choices.
Thin walls and noisy people in adjoining apartment.
The hotel only view meter go to Ulucami and the hotel only 20 meter to base Taxi. More easy to go everywhere.

Staff were very helpful with assisting my travel plans. The breakfast was good.
The hotel is very old and dignified and at one time long ago was likely 5 star. It is in need of some renovations these days.
