Location:- good place surrounded by coffee plantations and greenery.

Cons:

Staff:- Very few staff and not at all responsive. There is no room service available and for any order you'll have to go to reception and give your order. Staff is not at all professional.
Food :- average
Toilets:- Not properly cleaned and toilet seat was broken.

Peaceful stay at lazo Araca resort Coorg

I visited this property with my family and it turned out to be one of the most memorable visits. property is an amazing mix of nature conservation with ultra luxe ambience. Everything from layout to rooms & to the dining is exceptionally

place to stay and relax in coorg.the resort is surrounded by coffee plantations & full of trees &also We enjoy pool

fire camp during cold weather and privacy.I recommend to couple,family,friends and business.Awesome terms of both services and hospitality.we enjoyed our stay thankiew for all staff & management.,💫🕊️

Staff are poor service,food low quantity and high price,but order food wait for 1.30 to 2 hrs,food taste ok,staff teel you give
5 star rating after camfire arrenged and poor songs play,fan very noice and wifi service poor overall 2 star only

Only the areca plantation in resort is good ...nothing else

Cons:

Very bad service from resort ...their power backup keeps failing ...imagine a resort in jungle with now power ...their internet didn't work ...the TV also didn't have anything and even after telling repeatedly they didn't do recharge for channels ...worst customer care ...also for changing towels we had to tell them and that too also they didn't so ...it was a waste going to this place
