It was very comfortable and beautiful stay. Staff was very nice specially the reception guys was very supportive. The property was neet and clean. I'll definitely come here again.
They receptionist guy opened the room without even knocking the door and we were inside.

Condizioni igieniche, di sicurezza e manutentive inesistenti, armadi rotti, lenzuola macchiate e strappate, materasso macchiato, acqua fredda dalla doccia, struttura sporchissima, cavi elettrici scoperti, cibo inqualificabile, corridoi invasi da stoviglie sporche e avanzi di cibo, personale dorme sui divani dell’ingresso e in un inqualificabile magazzino sul medesimo piano. Personale non parlava inglese: traduzione richiesta a terzi. Immondizia raccolta nel locale refezione. Le fotografie fatte possono inconfutabilmente provare quanto descritto. 5 notti al costo di circa EURO1’500.-! Necessario un rimborso!

The rooms are good and specious. The amenities are good. Cleanliness in the room is great.
Limited options for food breakfast.
Rooms infrastructure was very good with sufficient facility but hotels staff were not upto the mark as expected from property charging 4500 plus taxes from customers.
for the 1st time i was asked to pay food bill first without consuming the food from room service with inhouse restaurant will all bills for stay cleared on arrival.
the staff and the breakfast area is pathetic, lobby of the hotel is ok but lack hospitality . basic services are denial.

It used to be a good hotel with 3 star facilities the last 3 times I was there it was fantastic but now staff or the manager or management doesn't give any response they hardly answer calls on reception pathice experience now not staying any more with the hotel

The Hotel is very close proxomity to the India Expo Mart. The checking was done nicely and the the Manager Mr Prem was very curteous.
Room was good and value for money for the last minute booking.
Bathroom can be much better and there needs better cleanliness in the bathroom.

Nice dislocation.
Top manager is friendly and polite. He is always ready to help. Unfortunately he is only during the day.
Had problems at night registration. My room wasn't with king size bed as it was booked. + We booked 3 separate rooms. A manager gave only 2. The 3rd one was given after the little fight. He didn't check booking information at all. So the rooms were mixed up.
No water at all for one night since evening till 2 am.
The staff enters the room wearing shoes when any request. After that, the room is dirty.
