Pros:

Emplacement idéale, très calme le soir, restos dans la rue
Nous avons demander des œufs sur le plat au petit déjeuner à la place de ce qui était proposé.
Franchement impeccable on est même rester 1 nuit en plus !

Homestay style familial. Bien placé. Personnel accueillant et amical.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car il y a avait de gros travaux à côté dès 6h du matin jusqu'à 23h, des touristes dans l'hôtel très bruyants. Une chambre avait un matelas très très dur.

Pros:

Tout était super, les differents transferts et des conseils sur les sites à visiter. La gentillesse de la famille ainsi que la disponibilite.
Cuisine plutôt bonne.

Cons:

Le bruit du chantier d'a coté et un groupe de jeunes qui ont décidé d'allumer un feu d'artifice à 23h pour notre dernière nuit.

lovely stay in a peaceful area
Pros:

A lovely place in a calm, peaceful area. It’s close to Hang Mua Mountain, which has a hike with beautiful views at the top, and there are rice fields nearby too. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was non-buffet and freshly prepared each morning but but delicious . I’d 100% recommend staying here.

Cons:

no major issues, some minor improvements related to cleaning of room could make things even better.

Very good value and great location
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The place was newly built/renovated. It was also right near the Dragon Hill, about a 2 min walk. The pool was well maintained

Cons:

I wish they gave us more water bottles and toilet paper. We had a bit of trouble getting the AC to work

Pros:

La familia que lleva el alojamiento es increíble. Nos trataron como si fuéramos un miembro más de la misma y estuvimos muy cómodos. Pedíamos el desayuno y nos lo hacían a nuestro gusto, nos lavaron toda la ropa sin coste alguno. Tienen un perrito Moon que es adorable y los dueños y su bebé nos cautivaron. Recomiendo mucho esta estancia si visitas Ninh Binh ya que nos llevamos un recuerdo inolvidable. Nos obsequiaron con fruta al irnos y nos invitaban a tomar algo y a cenar, eran muy amables y predispuestos. Nos alquilaron una moto a bajo coste y además las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y la piscina muy agradable y limpia. Las vistas alrededor increíbles ya que está alojado al lado de campos de flores de loto y tiene una atracción turística cerca.

Cons:

Un día que llovío mucho salió una pequeña gotera y al instante ya nos cambiaron de habitación. No veo nada malo que aportar, ya que las instalaciones son nuevas y eso puede ocurrir. Es muy cómodo el alojamiento.

Great service great location.
Pros:

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful especially with our connecting travel. Rooms felt recently built. Hang mua is right on your door step for sunrise walks and avoiding traffic to and from hang mua and busy tam coc. It's really quiet after all the other visits leave for the day. Easy grab taxi away from other sights. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Would not say it's a did not like, more something to note. Our luggage which we left after check out was stored in the reception area rather than our of sight. We noticed this at other hotels in vietnam too and just took our valuables with us.

Very good value for money
Pros:

The host allowed an early check-in at 7 am for me; after having arrived by an overnight bus.
The location is just a stone throw's away from Hang Mua Cave.
The room is very big and clean, quiet at night.
The breakfast prepared by the host, especially the Vietnamese soup noodles (phở). The breakfast was served from 7 - 9 am; not in buffet format. I think it is perfectly OK for me because the hotel rate is very cheap.
The host family is very friendly; even they cannot speak English, with the help of Google Translate everything worked fine

Cons:

It was quite difficult to find their homestay as foreground and background colour is just the same (brown).

Pros:

Atrodas tuvu apskates objektam, taču ir ļoti klusi un mierīgi. Bungalo ļoti plašs un ērts, milzīga gulta. Iespējams bija uz vietas noīrēt skūteri par labu cenu. Arī transfēru uz lidostu agri no rīta palīdzēja noorganizēt perfekti.
Brokastis gan bija vidējas.

Cons:

Numuriņi sākotnēji ļoti labi veidoti, taču nolietojušies- apgaismojums daļeji strādā, ventilators, rozetes.
