Pros:

position is good although noisy

Cons:

had to call for fresh towels for second day .. old bottles of shampoo in shower , no pressure volume to flush toilet .. no soaps new shampoos or tissues or fresh handwash in bathroom ..stairs very steep up to rooms .. could do with deep cleaning to bring up to standard for the price

I prefer not to post reviews, and to give feedback direct to the owner/manager if there are any issues. But, given the underwhelming response I received, I will give some of my feedback publicly and perhaps it will get more attention.
This property could be so much better. Clean the cobwebs from the windows. Replace the worn out towels and provide more of them. The bathroom heater didn't work and looked like it hadn't for some time. In this day and age, a smart TV and Wi-Fi that is strong enough to enable it to work. All things that could be easily fixed and would make guests' stays so much better.

Great location! Needs improvement in some areas.
Pros:

Great location. located on the Heart of the town

Cons:

First night, we didnt have a microwave. and the kettle was leaking. Contacted property via booking.com, no response. second night, microwave turned up but it was filthy. Had to clean out the leftover soup.

Pros:

Perfect location the the town, all the shops are walkable within 5-10 mins

Cons:

The floor is not clean and a bit dusty, you can feel it after shower while you are stepping on it. Quite a few spider webs in the ceiling lights and the bathroom. Not sufficient lighting in the room, quite dark. No tissue box provided. The bathtub is greasy and sticky inside. The room should have been properly cleaned before next guests’ arrival.

All in all very pleasant
Pros:

Great location,beautiful clean rooms.

Cons:

Stayed in the West wing apartment. Pillows could have been plumper. No bin in bathroom and we didn’t get robes this time, We stayed a fortnight ago and stayed in the Boudoir room and couldn’t fault it, will stay again.
