Disappointing, look elsewhere
Pros:

Ocean view property

Cons:

The bathroom clogged, there was no hot water (was not advertised on the website), no clothing iron, the rooms were outdated. The main gate closes early and you have to find someone to open it , overall not worth the money at all

Nice facilities. Food should be improves.
Pros:

Facilities are nice especially the pool. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Cons:

The food should be improved. The french fries and the prawns tasted like the oil was reused many times. It did not taste good.

Grateful to be so close to the ocean and the amazing beach!
Pros:

I love the location, architecture, and the spa hotel concept. Beautiful layout of the pool / beach area and facilities. Friendly staff that do the best they can.

Cons:

The hotel is run down and needs an upgrade. Particularly the bathrooms. Staff are super friendly and do the best they can, but seem to lack training in hospitality. The restaurant is not up to par in terms of quality (I.e. poor coffee, stale fruit, sugar in juice, few dishes for an health conscious guest). Not good to advertise as a spa hotel when no spa services can be provided. The hotel would benefit from a run through of concept, operations and routines.

Pros:

staff were very helpful , location good breakfast

Cons:

wifi very poor rooms could use modermisation. asked for two more white pillows but we were not offered despite the hotel having plenty of rooms
