Všetko bolo super aj to že nás odviezli z hotela až na pláž a ked sme zavolali tak do 5min prišli aj po nás 😊 Inač od recepčných až po posledného čo tam boli zamestnaný všetko super okrem upratovaciek na tom by hotel mohol trocha popracovať 😊
Upratovaci servis. Mohli by aspoň doplniť toaletný. Lebo za 4 dni ani raz len prišli doplnili uterak, osušky a to bol koniec a asi viacej popozerať čo klientovy treba.
Персонал супер, очень приветливый. Завтраки по системе шведского стола, вкусные. Довоз до пляжа и обратно в любое время. Для малышке была предоставлена детская кроватка дополнительно бесплатно, а на завтраке брали стульчик для кормления. Номер очень уютный с двумя сан узлами. Мы с удовольствием приедем еще в этот отель.
Вода была не супер горячая, а теплая. На завтрак не хватало овсянки или хлопьев с молоком.

Lenzuola macchiate, bagno non è stato pulito bene. Soffione della doccia intasato, bisognava usare il piccolo doccino. Colazione parte dalle 8, per chi riparte in aereo in mattinata è un problema

The only thing is the internet isnt always stable. Saying that though I would stay here over and over again so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Het was een super verblijf, prima ontbijt, super aardig personeel, en ze brengen je heen en weer naar het strand met een grote golf kar wanneer je wilt. En toen mijn accu van mijn eigen auto leeg was belde ik ze op en ze regelde meteen iemand die het was oplossen en naar mijn locatie toe kwam. Alles samengevat, een top verblijf en service een dikke 10
The friendly staff very obliging and happy to help. There was a free shuttle down to the beach and shops.
The location was very good if you didn’t want to be on the beach front with all the big hotels. Close to the mosque.
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evenings. The air conditioning was excellent.
I liked everything about the hotel. I would have liked a pool if I had children. There was a small play area for the younger ones though.
Choosing Hilal Place for our vacation in Albania was a wonderful experience. They responded to all our needs quickly and with a positive attitude. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. If we visit Albania again, Hilal Place will definitely be our first choice.

Sauberkeit war befriedigend.
Staff super helpful and friendly. Location a 25 minute walk to beach but they run a shuttle buggy to and from the beach/restaurants and hotel. Runs all day and evening and never had to wait more than 5 minutes
The hotel room was huge with a large balcony. The spacious balcony only had two plastic chairs. A wasted space. Please consider adding a patio table and two sun beds and a clothes airer.

Z okna mieliśmy widok na meczet.
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La colazione e la cena sono state entrambe ottime, con piatti di qualità e porzioni abbondanti. La posizione, pur non essendo sul mare, non rappresenta un problema grazie al servizio navetta gratuito, sempre disponibile e molto comodo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, che si è distinto per la grande gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un hotel che consiglio volentieri.
Bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam hotel - bardzo nowoczesny, fantastyczna obsługa, pełen profesjonalizm. Pokoje czyste, łóżka b. wygodne.Hotel jest nieco oddalony od plaży i głównej promenady, ale to jest tylko zaleta. Można odpocząć z dala od zgiełku głównych ulic. Do dyspozycji gości jest hotelowy melex, który od 8.00 do 23.00 kursuje na plażę na tzw. 'żądanie'. To jest duże ułatwienie w przypadku pobytu z dziećmi. Śniadanie ok, w formie bufetu. Jeśli wrócę do Golem to tylko Hilal Palace.

Nous avons demandé de l’eau sachant qu’à l’arrivée 2 bouteilles d’eau nous attendez et l’autre nous a été remise gracieusement.
La voiturette de golf hôtel plage est géniale
Un petit déjeuner copieux pour tous en plus halal.
La propriété peut être un peu améliorée.
Le hall est très propre par contre la salle d’eau n’était pas très propre : gobelet et porte savon très sale. La robinetterie pas très propre non plus
Les portes étaient également très sale. Heureusement la literie était propre ce qui malgré tout reste le principal mais c un peu dommage.
