Excellent.
Pros:

The location is perfect in George town. Since I love walking, I could easily find eateries, tourist places nearby. They provide water filter to fill bottles! Very neat and clean!

Cons:

Please add breakfast/restaurant as it gets easier for people travelling.
The walls are relatively thinner so sometimes sounds from the adjoining rooms can bother. It depends on how loud your neighbours are and if you are a light sleeper.

I was not comfortable with the deposit policy. When I entered the room, there was a list showing potential charges for any damaged items, and the amounts mentioned were extremely high and unreasonable. This created unnecessary stress and made the stay feel unwelcoming, as it felt like we were being pre-charged for possible damages rather than trusted as guests. The approach did not make sense to me and negatively impacted the overall experience.

Clean and modern hotel. Centrally located.
