We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Haven. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and welcoming greeting, and the whole place was simply beautiful.

Everything was spotlessly clean, warm and incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail that was genuinely second to none. The location is fantastic too — perfectly situated between Queenstown and Arrowtown and conveniently close to the airport.

Warren went above and beyond to make our stay special. In fact, he even covered our car to protect it from the frost! It was such a thoughtful touch and really sums up the care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.

We couldn’t recommend Haven highly enough. A beautiful place, wonderful hosts and a truly memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

The place is fantastic, right in the middle of the cross roads to the three main ski field, slighty out of town so you dont have to worry about all the travic, yet only a few minutes drive from all the shopping and eateries u need. Its a quiet place for good sleeps with views to the slopes. Finally Warren and Sue, the owners are very welcoming and great people to have a chat to to gain some local knowledge!

Cons:

Nothing, will come back for sure!

Pros:

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Viel Platz, und ein sehr gutes und großes Bett, in dem man bei Regen auch gern mal ein Stündchen länger bleibt. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, vielen Dank.

Warren was an amazing host. He helped us with an early check in. The location and facilities were fantastic. This place is very cosy and has everything to make the stay memorable and comfortable.Queenstown is beautiful. 7 days didn't feel enough.

The best option in queenstown!
Pros:

Everything! We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights in this cozy wonderful place with the garden and views. The place has all you need, especially a very comfy bed. Warren welcomed us warmly and gave many useful advices. We loved queenstown and surroundings too.

Warren made us feel very welcome. The room is large and offers lovely views to the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet but you need a car to access the many wonderful spots around Queenstown.

Very comfortable, quiet and a warm host.
Pros:

Both my wife and I are both tall and the king bed was super comfortable. The area is very quiet and we had the best sleep after two weeks of travelling around NZ. We also have friends who live close by, which made the location very convenient for us.

Cons:

A rack in the shower to hold body wash etc would be an improvement to what is very well appointed accommodation.
