Me gustó, es un buen alojamiento, volvería
Pros:

Buen lugar , las instalaciones muy lindas y la decoración es muy bonita .
La ubicación es buena al inicio de la zona hotelera y varias cosas alrededor para comprar comidas y cosas que necesites

Cons:

Muy angostas las escaleras, no podíamos subir con valijas.
Llevamos un coche de bebé y no podíamos subirlo
El baño se junta un poco de agua en el piso al bañarse
Las puertas se te cierran encima cuando estás entrando son muy pesadas

excelente solo para dormir por que tiene buena ubicación.
Pros:

si estas solo de visita en cancun y es solamente para dormir esta excelente, por que tiene muy buena ubicacion.

Cons:

al abrir el porton principal si cuesta un poco y no hay gente de servicio para apoyarte por que tocamos el tiembre y no habia nadie

Pros:

Very comfortable suite with balcony, fridge & microwave. Location was great for easy access to ferry to Isla Mujeres. The only issue I had was the security lock didn't work during my stay and I was a bit concerned about safety but it worked out fine.

Cons:

No hot water for shower

Pros:

Si querés ir a poner a prueba tu capacidad de salir de la zona de confort, acá tenés la oportunidad perfecta: el baño estaba integrado a la habitación. Literal. No hablo de la bañadera (que en otros lugares también está expuesta), digo el inodoro. Es un montón, se lleva la atención. Por lo demás, la habitación es súper espaciosa, cómoda, moderna y tiene estilo.

Cons:

Todavía no entiendo cómo hicieron un baño sin puerta!

Friendly staff, reliable WiFi, good for short stay
Pros:

Friendly staff and good, consistent WiFi. Good location with restaurants walking distance and an Oxxo for groceries and essentials like adapters. Beach access a 15 minute walk.

Cons:

I asked three times about airport transfer but no one replied to my messages (the first sent three days prior) until I was already on the plane. There was a taxi to meet me but I had no idea if they were going to be there until I arrived, and taxi was expensive - it would have been better to simply choose one of the taxis available on arrival. For this price, I would expect salt, pepper and cooking oil in the kitchen.

I missed my flight and had to change dates and the host was very accommodating and change the dates free of charge
Pros:

Very good, nice little pool, it’s fairly close to nice beach about 10minute walk. Room was spacious with open bathroom. Okay for 1 person but no separate room for toilet so could be awkward if there is 2 sharing if you are shy!

Cons:

That I don’t get to stay longer

The property itself was beautiful.

Cons:

I don’t know how to work the stove. So i had to eat out every day and the food i bought went to waste/don’t get to eat. I should have tested it first but hey, it happens and i should have asked. I didn’t know who to ask either.
