Good place, but bad bad service
Pros:

the room is clean and comfortable

Cons:

we checked out 15 mins late, because of the traffic. we informed them 1 hours in advance saying sorry, we were in the car on the way back the hotel, and just needed few mins to get to the hotel for our luggage. they said we were not allowed to check out late even 1 min, then they threw all our luggage out of the house door, and closed the doors. When we arrived at 12:15 (15 mins late) to take our luggage outside the hotel, they came and stared at us, kept silent like we just made a big mistake and owned them an apologize.

when they said they would put our luggage out of the door, we thought they would put it in front of the room door, or in the living room which is still in the house, but that was not the case, they threw our luggage outside and locked the hotel doors. Never experience anything like this when we pay to stay in a hotel

Pleasant stay in a unique local area. Lots of flower wholesalers nearby with a lot of local food options.
Pros:

I liked the size of the property, with a seperate bedroom. I also liked the easy access with PIN code for the front door and a storage box for the door key. The host was contactable and helpful with my laundry.

Cons:

The couch could have been more comfortable. But I hardly used it anyways.

Cons:

There are stains on the pillow cover and towels. The bed spring came through the mattress so it is difficult to sleep in. Water pressure in the toilet (4th floor) is pretty low.

Superb
Pros:

The apartment is located right next to the food and flower markets, it had all the necessary facilities, although, I think the matrass on the bed needs to be replaced (it felt a bit uncomfortable). We really enjoyed our two days stay there.
