MAUVAISE ODEUR, impossible de l’enlever..horrible tout au long du séjour ….
(Ça doit être les égout ils ne doivent jamais mettre de produit dans les canalisations . Même pas un sens bon pour atténuer ..)
Logement pas propre ! Salle de bain horrible, calcaire partout, encrassement. Douche jamais nettoyer. J’ai dû acheter lingette nettoyante. Pas débit dans la douche….
Pas de produit de salle de bain ( gel douche shampooing …)
⚠️MAUVAIS ACCUEIL : Check in à 14h, nous sommes arrivés à 15h on nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de logement !!! Inadmissible. Apparemment ils ne nettoient pas automatiquement après le départ d’un client mais ATTENDENT UNE RÉSERVATION. Pas du tout professionnel. On nous demandait d’attendre 2h pour qu’une société de ménage arrivent et nettoie. Ce qu’on a refusé. Un échange a durer 1h pour savoir si un remboursement était possible, il n’était pas clair que ses réponse et voulait rembourser que les frais d’annulation. Finalement, il a réussit à nous trouver un autre logement vers 16h40 ! Heureusement il a était sympa et nous a accorder une heure de plus pour le Check out.
Petit détail :
Le lit est mal positionné avec toute la place dans le studio cela pourrait être plus astucieux mais c’est pas grave c’est qu’un détail . Juste si tu es à deux la personne est contre la fenêtre et ne peut pas faire le tour .

Condo was clean & comfortable.
Bathroom bidet needed fixing so I took care of it myself. I did not contact the maintenance person in charge of the condo. To take care of it. But I did let them know what was done to fix it.

Great location inside Cebu IT Park. There are lots of restaurants and establishments around. The condo is very clean and very aesthetic - apt for some rest and leisure. Very easy to talk to the staff.

My husband and I stayed here in Oct 2025. A very well located accommodation and reception was very helpful and assisted with the checkin. Overall, we were disappointed with the accommodation. I booked this specifically because of the overall high rating, particularly the cleanliness rating of 9.8. The accommodation overall was not clean, it was quite dusty and just generally unclean. The bedsheet did not smell fresh and I wondered if it had been changed at all. The bathroom was dirty with mold and grime. I messaged the host this on our departure but did not receive a response.
Apartment really needed to be cleaned better, particularly the bathroom.
I loooooove the view from the unit! I love that the pool is on the same floor. The unit is so cute! It has a smart tv that the normal hotels don't have. Love that there's a lot of power ports. Looooove how it's so closed to the mall and to the food market.

Very comfortable place with nice furnishings. Shower was warm worked very well. A lot of new things, like TV and refrigerator. WiFi worked nicely. Very happy to stay here! Check in was easy. Beautiful condotel!
