Pros:

I liked the location so close to the Haram and convenient
And thank you so much to mohammed osama for the room and the exceptional service provided

Cons:

I hope they lower the parking fees to half price because 60 is exaggerating and too much since i booked a room and everything

القرب من الحرم نوعاً ماء واشكر الاخوه على الهاتف وقسم الحجوزات واشكر الاستقبال جميعاً بدون استثناء واخص الاخ فارس

Cons:

اشياء بسيطه لاتذكر فقط لو يتم استبدال فرش الغرف باالباركيه اسهل في النظافه فقط

Pros:

I like the fact that is a walking distance to haram, there is breakfast and the air condition was good. The staff were welcoming.

Cons:

I wished I could operate the aircondition as in the night it becomes chilled but good for day time.

The bed wasnt at comfortable I expected.

Kabe’ye yakınlığı.

Cons:

Otelde bir çok farklı milletten misafir kalmasına rağmen, ağırlıklı olarak Arap yemek kültürüne uygun yemekler yapılmaktadır. Otelde bulunan mescitdeki halılar temiz değildi. Ancak temizlenmesini rica edince öyle temizlediler.
