Fabulous that says it all
Pros:

Great location - in the middle of it all - walking distance to everything - 5 mins to the beach - room was perfect and clean-staff were so helpful and very easy to approach. loved this hotel and will deffinetly return.

Comfortable stay in a modern hotel near the mall & beach
Pros:

Brilliant location at the mall and right next to Chaweng beach. Felt really safe. Staff were kind and helpful, also very accommodating with cleaning the room later in the day if up late etc. The beds were comfy and the room was cleaned to a high standard (though there were some marks on white sheets sometimes). Room was topped up with fresh bottled water each morning and both room and pool towels available. Food & drink on site, available to pay card and reasonably priced, though could have done with more veggie options and oat milk for lattes

As mentioned, more veggie options and oat milk. Marks on the sheets and pillowcases, though they did still feel clean and changed them on request but it was a bit off putting. Staff also burst in on me on the morning I was getting picked up before my pick up time which was a bit invasive. I still really enjoyed my stay though!

Kaw on reception was extremely helpful, and made our stay comfortable. A few other staff we found were not very helpful,
Pros:

It’s location. Breakfast alternatives were plenty.

Cons:

Didn’t like the pool, we felt it was too closed in, couldn’t sit out in the sun as it was half covered and made it extremely humid.plus it didn’t look very clean. The hotel is in different blocks and if you’re in the far blokes then you end up looking at a carpark, and quite away from reception. Luckily we were in the first block on the 4th floor so everything was good for us.The only thing that I would say is the windows needed a really good clean in and out, green mould on them.

La chambre très bien petite mais fonctionnelle assez confortable et calme , la literie en bonne êta l,emplacement géographique près de tout à pied

Cons:

L'emplacement de la chambre au 1 ces le passage pour la piscine ,pour le parking et sur le coup pas de fenêtre a ouvrir alors une légère odeur d'humidite

Place was an actual shit hole. The hallways are dark, dingy, it smells and it’s dirty. My room had a window that looked to the car park of central Samui and people could see me. I was in building number 3 and it takes a long time to get from the entrance to the other building. Not safe for at night. If you’re a solo traveller don’t stay here

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Fijne kamer. Niet groot, maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke bedden en vooral allemaal erg schoon! Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken.
De accomodatie ligt midden in het bruisende Chaweng, maar je hebt geen overlast. Ook was het hotel in een shoppingmall.

Cons:

De ingang was wel rommelig. Vooral buiten werd de prullenbak niet geleegd en lag er steeds meer afval.

The room - it was clean and could be nice but located on the 1st floor, viewing only the parking, no privacy and need to keep the blinder closed. Very hot as air con is not able to cool down the room.
