Great location, good property but terrible service
Pros:

Location is great, very close to the airport and easy to get to and from

Cons:

I showed up to the property and no one was there. I had to wait an hour and a half for the doorman / security guard to by chance find someone who knew someone who managed the property. No one answered my messages OR calls for over an hour whilst I was waiting at reception. If it wasn't for the doorman, I was already looking for another room and contacting customer service to get a refund as I was being completely ignored. And after having waited an hour and a half, when asked if I could stay an extra hour after the official check-out time, I was told I had to pay if I overstayed. Very unhelpful!

Also, the bedding was not very comfortable, there were some hairs on some of the pillows and there was a strange smell, I'm not sure if it was the detergents they used, but not great. Not a huge deal though, and all in all quite a decent and spacious place.
