Pros:

The location is convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around, the reception staff were very friendly, and the security guard was incredibly helpful and patient with my luggage

Decent value for money, friendly staff but slightly uncomfortable rooms
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of HCMC. The hotel is easy to find and well signed too. The staff were friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

Cons:

Overall the rooms don't match the listing photos very well. Most of the rooms are very dark and don't have windows. Of the rooms that did have windows, they get VERY hot, and the airconditioners turn off once you take out your card. After a day out, we needed to wait about 45mins while the rooms got to a bearable temperature.
The floors in some of the rooms were crunchy with little bits of plaster and construction dust.

The room isn't clean at all. We've asked them to deep clean again after we check it. We can't stay without deep clean.

Awesome place
Pros:

Price, Cleanliness, Safety, Location puro ten 5 a key!! Staff were awesome place is convenient and has laundry next store and good local food spots happy as would stay again minus the kid and for good measure misses can stay home to haha. All in all cheers from the Kiwis Kia Ora

Cons:

Little misleading when booking superior triple room photos shown aren't actually the room you get but you can check once you've booked hotel and click view room details and it gives you the photos of the room (lesson learnt) it is tiny 2 adults and a teenager could not i repeat not fit our suitcases 3x carry and one big one without opening them on the bed and playing tetris between front door and bathroom to walk around and also next to no walking room on top of that made it a challenging room it was a bomb shell due to being so confined but not bad for a 2-3 days short stay and price can't match it so on that note I'll be back no teenager and a bigger room haha
