The room is modest and the location is great.
We ended up having to go to the doctor because we were bitten by fleas or bedbugs. My friend got the worst part and had to take medication against the pain and swollen skin.
Overall the customer service was always meh and they didn't even followed up knowing my friend had to go to the dermatologist. Extremely needed for these places to be clean and careful with these matters. We were left with a very bad experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean.
The pillows are made up of hard cotton balls.
The elevator has been in maintenance since i got here and no one seems to be working on it. And my room is on the 3rd floor.
The staircase definitely needs upgrading.
The entrance and the minuscule lobby entrance makes it feel like I was entering a dingy hotel - i was actually shocked.
They only show the rooms on Expedia.
There is no other facility in this ‘hotel’ but for the room.
Beautiful gardens, nice views from the rooftop terrace, clean rooms, hot showers delicious breakfast and great location. Only a few blocks walk to calle Real Guadeloupe, a pedestrian only street full of shops & restaurants and vendors selling local treasures.
The rooms are rather cold, and you can easily hear other guests and staff near by in your room so if your a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs or play white noise your your phone.

The bathroom was very small. While the housekeeping was good, I do not require a clean towel and sheets every day. The cable tv in my room didn’t work(although it didn’t matter to me)

Rooms were clean. Location is perfect. Hot water works well. Peaceful place, not much noise and the service of the staff as great.
Room 410 the toilet did not work, we got moved to room 420 and the water pressure was low so it was uncomfortable to shower and room 490 the shower was leaking so the bathroom was always flood and the door was too big for the bathroom so hard to fit in the bathroom with the open door.

The staff were super helpful and friendly even though they spoke little English. The room was cozy and spacious enough. We enjoyed the birds who were chirping in their beautiful garden. It was convenient to walk around and enjoy the town since all the attractions and great restaurants were close by.
